Advise customers of extra $10 fee (fuel?) when making appt. I only have one room of carpet in my home and would like to not have to pay such a large minimum.
Simple & quick. I had all rooms prepared and ready with minimal furniture or obstruction. My carpets are clean but I wish I would have viewed the water afterwards to actually see how dirty they were. I did not have major stains or spots although there were a few and of course are now gone! I am very happy with the service and this was the first time my carpet was cleaned since I moved in 10 years ago. The technician even complimented how clean it appeared. And I could not pass up the deal that was offered through the radio station 103.7!! Thanks again!

I like the products because it is all natural and not harmful to the environment or to my kids. My carpets look Great!
The vents were not properly cleaned even after the second visit. The detail on the grout cleaning was not as expected. The main areas were properly cleaned, but corners, edges and small rooms looked as they were not touched.
Some of the air ducts are collapsed and the cut areas have come apart and air is leaking in the attick. The rotating brush seemed to be missing half the brisssels.
After calling customer support and being told that they would send over a supervisor and their best techs, you sent over the same techs.
When I called customer service again a supervisor asked me to send pictures which I did. I have yet to hear back. After I called customer service again I was told the supervisor was busy, but that he would call me back.
Your service actually does what it is supposed to do, gets my carpet clean.
Very good work was done with care and the carpet looks clean and nice.

I have used your co. both at my residence & my office, love the quality of the work. Think your prices are a little steep and when you say you clean 2 rooms for x price, that means with the furniture in it. That is kind of deceiving, that is not an "entire room" Not a fan of semantics.

This last technician (Keith) was excellent and did an amazing job. The tech we had a few months back really did not do nearly as good a job. We are very pleased this time.
Our carpets have not looked that good since they were installed. We are very pleased with the results. The technician was very friendly and worked hard at getting all the stains out of the carpet. He did an awesome job!
