Your tech worked very hard and was diligent,
However, our carpet took 2 days to dry.
There is one carpet stain that did not remove.
The are two stains on outdoor cushions that remain also.
Not sur the cleaning method was up to this task.

Zerorez is very committed Last name removed their job and knowing what they do. We were satisfied with the service we received from Zerorez after Joe cleaned our area rug and Thomas thoroughly answered our question and concern in professional way. We'll hope Last name removed have the same deal the next time we call Zerorez. Thanks for your good service.

Your technician, James Greenwood, was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. He helped me decide the right processes I needed. He was quick and did a wonderful job. I am very happy and excited to have just like new carpet!!!
