The house just FEELS so much cleaner than with other services. And your technicians are very professional. Justin did probably the best job anyone ever has on our 17-year-old carpet. He obviously take pride in his work, as if it were his own home.

What could we do to improve?

The technician worked very hard on cleaning my carpets, but I'm disappointed that the dog urine spots on my carpet still smell. I was under the impression that a special cleaner was used in those spots and that the odor could be completely removed. A general spot remover was used on them. No special treatment to address pet urine was used on these spots.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My original appointment was on a Monday between 8 am - 1:30 pm and Zerorez was to call me on Friday to narrow the time down to a 2 hour window. No call on Friday. When I called on Monday the window was between 11 am and 1:30 pm with a call 30 minutes prior. Zerorez called at 11:08 am saying the tech was running late and it would be closer to 12:30 for arrival and that I would still receive a call 30 minutes prior. I called Zerorez at about 1 pm and they said the tech would be there around 1:30 pm. The tech arrived around 2 pm. The tech talked me into a controlled flood in 3 rooms and a hall. I expressed concern about odor as well as drying time and he said Zerorez removes 85-90% of the water so it would be dry in 4 hours or so. He said the odor encapsulator would take care of the smell but it would not guarantee it would be effective on the stains. He also said that since the flood soaked all the way to the pad that the flood would be best for the stains and the odor. The equipment was not working properly and the tech had to borrow tools from me several times. The tech was finished (in the house) close to 6 pm - he was parked outside for longer. Prior to the cleaning we placed a big blower in our bedroom which the tech turned on when he was finished in there and, of course, we turned on the A/C. When we went to bed that night after 10 pm, parts of the bedroom were still damp. We moved the blower to the dining room area the next morning and that room was still damp Wednesday evening. The spots are still quite visible in each of the 4 areas we had cleaned and the smell is overwhelming. Since no paperwork is signed in advance, it was not clear to me that the flood was not guaranteed -- the tech made it clear that neither the regular cleaning nor the odor encapsulator was guaranteed but it was my understanding the controlled flood would be guaranteed. I did not know the flood was not guaranteed until I received the invoice by e-mail. I really feel like this is a bait and switch situation since we went from $99 to $578 and I still have 4 stains and the odor is much worse than before Zerorez came.

In order to get a really good deep pet clean you have to pay way too much. For the price I was quoted, I will just install new carpet. Was hoping you guys where cheaper and better, but just the same as the rest out there.

The products were amazing ive never seen anything like it, ive had my carpets shampood before ans ive done it myself and there were stains I thought were there for life, that is until Joe and Justin from Zerorez knocked on my door and did their magic. All the stains were gone and when they were almost done since I have kids they told me about this product they sell that can help keep stains out of my carpet for up 12 months, so I was very satisfied. My carpets look and feel brand new! Joe and Justin were very professional and very funny all at once, it was a pleasure having Zerorez in my home and I cant wait till I can do business with them again!

I will not recommend this company to anyone. I called ya out to my house for a $79.00 3 room special and ended up paying $177.00. I had a few small pet spots and was told it would need the enzyme cleaner to get it up and it wasn't a bad spot at all, but you could see it and had a traffic spot in my master bedroom. My carpet is barely two years old and the tech told me it still looked good, but told me bc our dog had a little potty accident in a small area and had a little spot in closet probably from the cat spilling a little water from his bowl that we probably had bacteria in our carpet and said the steam clean wouldn't get it up without the enzyme chemical. To top it all off, my rooms are small, he didn't give me a receipt bc he said I would get an invoice in a couple of weeks, so give him #180.00 in cash, which he didn't have change, so I told him to keep the difference, which was just a couple of dollars, but he didn't even mention the #100 coupon I was suppose to get. Furthermore, when they called to confirm the appointment, they should have gone over all the pricing for any additional charges that it might cost, bc I was expecting to get the $79.00. He was suppose to come between 11-1:00 pm. The office called and told me it would be closer to one bc he was running behind. He finally got here at 1;30 PM and was done a little more than 30 minutes later bc my carpet wasn't bad at all. Like I said I only had a few trouble spots and the special should have got that up, but I told him to go ahead and use the enzyme. He was a nice guy and did explain himself, but they should have prepared me for any additional cost before he came out. Very disappointed and will not use ya again. Furthermore, I don't want your $100 coupon that the office told me would get sent to my email bc there is probably a catch to that too. No way, my carpet was dirty enough to cost me that much money and we moved all the furniture out for the most part, so he didn't even have to move anything out of his way or nothing, except a desk chair, which was no biggy. We feel we got ripped off. Very disappointed and will never use you again. I guess the extra $100 and something you made off of me, you can use for your advertisement that seems very misleading to us.

The 2 oriental rugs you did were dnmot done as promised. The still are not laying don and are humped up in several places. Hope the are note ruined. Let us know how the rugs can be straightened out! CallPhone number removed658
The floor carped cleaning was fine.

The duct cleaning didn't do the job. Some trash blew our of one of the floor outlets the other day. The equipment duct brushes were worn out--couldn't possible haste done an adequate hop. The hoses were not inserted deep enough to clean the ducts.

I LOVED THAT THEY WORKED WITH MY WORK SCHEDULE BUT I DIDNT LIKE THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. THE CARPET WAS REALLY WET AND STILL HAD SPOTS AND TO ME IT WAS DONE REALLY FAST. I WAS CHARGED THE PRICE FOR 3 ROOM WHEN ONLY 2 WAS DONE.
