The guys did a great job and were very receptive to my concern which was dog urine.
Rapid response to request and price. The young man who cleaned my carpets was so pleasant and obliging. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Carpets dried quickly even though it was a cloudy, rainy day. The carpets were cleaned around 5 PM and were totally dry the next morning.
The carpet feels so clean and soft - not stiff like it has a lot of chemicals in it!

The young man that came to our house was very professional and polite. He was very careful with our furnishings and good at explaining the zerorez procedure. This employee is a keeper. :)

Whe I requested a revisit, we were contacted by Tom, who arrived on a very cold day to inspect...We were not sure of the bedroom carpet was able to be "brought back to life" a little more, but he said he'd come back on a warmer day to redo some of the spots.
Whe i called for that appointment, I asked for Tom to come back out...I'm not reallly sure of the name of the young man who did come, but I think it was John. He had whom I presumed to be a trainee with him and told me "he (John) was good, too". and that "Tom was very busy that day." when I asked why Tom was not there.
He then proceeded to wipe a damp cloth over the one spot that I was concerned with and told me that the carpet wasn't really a good one and that since no visible dirt showed, that nothing more could be done.
I had made it clear to both Tom and this fellow that I really did not know if anything more could be done...I just needed someone to try.
This was my second time to use your company...and probably the last.

Nothing much. Keeping our front door open, I'm guessing a hazard of the work, was not great for me as homeowner(it was a windy, cold day). Workers were respectful, friendly and knowledgeable.
The two guys were quick and efficient. The carpets looked brand new again!
I have dealt with your company three times trying each service. The tile cleaning and sealing was not a good experience. I had carpets cleaned and it did not look like new as advertised on WBAP. Note; my carpets are only 3 years old. However the rep who refurbishes my stainless steal frig, dishwasher and stove gets 10 stars. What a great experience.
Zerorez has cleaned my carpet several times this time the carpet has a smell?

I thought Luke was prompt and courteous. He tried several ways to get the stains out of our carpet. I don't blame him for them not coming out, but I was less than satisfied with the results. I planned on paying around $135 for the service, and ended up paying $240, to increase the chance of getting the stains removed. The majority of the stains did not come up. I don't know if a different company could have gotten them out or not but the bottom line is I was hoping to not have to replace the carpet and really feel like I wasted the entire $240 I paid you yesterday. Again I want to emphasize that I don't think this should reflect poorly upon Luke at all as I thought he did a really good job with the tools he had at his disposal. I would rate his service a 10, but my satisfaction with the results as a 5. Lastly, when I made the appointment over the phone, I requested the service to be done by Ron Self, since he was the one who did my bosses house, and she was the one that referred me to you guys in the first place, so it was disappointing that you guys did not schedule that.

My service representative, Daniel, was courteous and professional, explained the process and drying time. Will definitely use Zerorez again when the need arises.
The first time I used company, did 6 areas and it was wet/damp for almost a week. This time did only 3 areas. Thank goodness. It's been 2 days and while not wet, I can't get the dirty mop water smell out. I just had them cleaned and I now have to go buy carpet freshener??

CARPET. THE PRICES ON SPECIALS ARE VERY REASONABLE.
Reagan was very nice and did a thorough job.
Only thing I was not very happy about was the extra charges for the enzyme and when you have very small bedrooms with furniture, you are not cleaning a whole lot of carpet, so the charge for the small hallway I thought was not necessary.
