Jamie the gentleman who came to clean the carpet did a spectacular job. He took his tome to inspect my carpet as well as recommend what would be the best cleaning solutions. My carpet was extremely stained and dirty when he finished it looked like new carpet I was so amazed at his servic and the time he took to ensure he did as best a job as possible. I would definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

Everything. Joe was our tech and am very pleased with the work he did, his great attitude and the answers to all my questions - on a scale of 1 to 10 he would be a 14. A few neighbors have asked about Zerorez and I have recommended he company.

I appreciated the very friendly and helpful person on the phone. Then the person who came out was so nice and very helpful in explaining what he was doing. I was very happy with the way my carpets looked when it was done too.

Your guys were very cordial and professional. I would have liked to have known about the fuel charge on the phone before I booked the appointment, however. It wouldn't have made a difference--it's just that I don't like being surprised with charges that weren't mentioned when I made the appointment.

I've used several other carpet cleaning services and Zerorez is the only one where spots don't show back up!

As far as the cleanliness goes my carpet looks exactly the same after cleaning as it did before you came out. The machine you used put really bad grooves in the pile (supposed to be "new" technique to restore carpet to like new condition by lifting the pile?????) But, after I vacuumed it still has the groves and the pile in between the groves is still matted down in the high traffic areas. Also where I had furniture marks there is no visible difference, in fact I was able to put my furniture in the exact spot because the leg marks were still there. I see no renewed brightness nor softer texture, basically it just looks like it was wet down.
The worst thing about the entire experience is that they left my platform bed flat on the carpet where no air could circulate under it to dry. Most companies put Styrofoam cubes under the furniture so the carpet doesn't stay wet. When I called the office about this the phone rep said I should stand up my bed against the wall until the carpet dried or it would mold. I asked if they should have elevated it and whether or not they had the Styrofoam cubes and he said Yes to both questions and then stated that the technician should have offered me some. I told him I couldn't leave my bed propped up against the wall because I needed to sleep in it and his response was "Sorry, wish I could do something for you but I'm not there." I told him I was not happy at all and all he said was "there was nothing he could do about it now".
Not a great experience!!!!! Not only will I NOT recommend but I'll tell everyone I know how much I feel my money was wasted. I even thought about calling visa and disputing the charge I'm so upset!

The stains are out, carpet smells fresh and clean, and the carpets dried very quickly! The technician was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

Don't ask me to complete a survey until after my rug is returned

my carpet is 8 years old have never had it professionally cleaned after it was finished it truly look just like new. I am very impressed very happy with the result and also the technician was very knowledgeable and was answering all my questions .

I thought Miguel did an awesome job explaining everything. The carpet looks amazing. I just wish the treatment for urine stains did a better job. I can still see areas that i thought would be removed.

Randy Jones was an excellent technician and such a happy personality. I will ask for him next time, and there will be a next time.

Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I've heard so many glowing reports on the radio from KLTY and KLUV saying zerorez gets out all kinds of stains and that zerorez makes your carpet look almost like new. But there are still spots that have showed back up just a few hours after Luke left. There is an obvious spot in one of the bedrooms. Also, a walkthrough was not done or suggested by Luke. Furthermore, the pretreatment (enzyme) was an extra $60 and the radio announces "get your carpets pretreated, cleaned, and sanitized for $89!" So I paid an extra $60 on top of the $89.

No chemicals or soapy residue.

I will only use zerorez from now on. The carpet dries very fast.

Fast,thorough,efficient

With grandkids, a dog, a cat and a lazy husband my carpet gets pretty dirty. Zerorez always gets it as clean as it was when new. It dries quickly and isn't sticky like it's been with other services. I have not used another service since I started using Zerorez and probably never will. I always recommend Zerorez to my friends & family. It's the best!! And the techs are always super nice.

It seemed to clean my carpets really well. I like the spot treatment and the fact that the service was excellent. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the service I received.

I was quoted a price and then ofcourse got upcharged for stain removal....even though not a lot of stains came off. Also I was charged for my rug and all he did was run the machine over a few times and it doesn't look clean to me. The technician was polite and did his job but I am not happy with your product.
