Excellent cleaning
Technicians (Joshua especially) were thorough and explained every step in the process. The final results were amazing.
Carpet looked great and the grout in the kitchen looked amazing after the service was completed. Also, Joshua and Joe were super personable and did a wonderful job!

Carpets cleaned in shirt amount of time, they were on time for the appointment and great price
I had my air ducts cleaned. They were able to do this quickly and I could tell a difference in the house. They explained what they were doing at each step. They showed the dirt that was removed.
I had the impression that the process was a dry clean. It took a long time to dry. The tech. was okay, but he did not put things back. Some of the spots did not look any better.
Your staff is very friendly while being completely professional. They explained all of the processes before they began and gave me the chance to choose yes or no or which level I wanted to proceed at for the service.

Fast, easy to schedule to appt. Technician was very nice, professional and knowledgable about how to clean carpets, rugs and tile flooring. - plan to do this again at least once a year. The house smells and looks clean/fresh.

It is unfortunate that the young gentleman that came initially can not be as educated as the elder gentleman that followed. But that comes with years of experience. More time needs to be spent on the younger generation that is going to make or break your company. Ex military and ex cop here. Never a 10. Always leave room for improvement. You've earned my business and references.
