I have pets and small children. The lack of perfumed chemicals was such a nice change. Additionally, the process was so fast and simple!

The first fellow didn't do a very good job. The next man was very knowledgeable and worked very hard and got most of the high-traffic spots up. However, he worked so hard on the carpet at the front door that it was soaked to the point of having the jute stain through. It needs to be sprayed with something he called Brown-Out. He used that in the hall and the stain came right up. That needs to be done by the front door. If that is done, I'll be very happy.

The service was great and the technician was very knowledgeable about the products. He was friendly and was not pushy on extra potential products. Our carpets look great and the cleaning took years off the floor.

I was very disappointed in the price. I was told that my invoice would be around $300 and I paid $702. I was told in order to get out the pet stains another type of process would need to be done. I was under the impression the original price WAS for the stains. The stains did come out but very unhappy with a $700 bill for 3 bedrooms!!!
The work was performed as promised by the technician. Also the technician was very professional and did a wonderful job on my carpet.
Green cleaning, no chemicals or very little, and friendly technicians. Plus, my 10 year old carpet looks pretty good considering the beating it takes from the kids.
We have used Zerorez for years. We had our carpets cleaned Wednesday, April 9....nice technician and carpets look good. The only negative is this morning, April 11, the carpets are still damp. We've never had this issue before.

I have sent an extensive e-mail to Brad McKee regarding my extremely poor customer service experiences with Zerorez. Then after I sent that e-mail, I called Zerorez back for one spot that was not taken care of the first time the techs were out. The same type of extremely poor customer service experiences occured--I was told on the phone the tech would be at my house between noon and 2:00. They called shortly after to confirm the appointment and stated a different time, then when they called the day before to confirm had another different time. Evidently scheduling appointment and confirming times is way more difficult than I think it is--get your act together. The carpet cleaning part is fantastic. To get to that point really isn't worth the hassle. Previously I did recommend Zerorez to a friend and she had the same experience and eventually went with another company. It is not comfortable to recommend a place when you know your friend or business associate will not be treated well.

Tried to get work done while having carpets cleaned but kept being interrupted by employee wanting me to see difference or application of every room, talking to much instead of just getting the job done then showing me the end result. I also STILL have not received gift card for Fullers Jewelry, slightly disappointed in promises un kept.
Leave carpets nice and clean but NOT soaking wet.
cut out the add on up sells - be upfront with those costs at time of booking. Come on - break the mold!!
The oriental rug cleaning is a bit pricey.

Kyle Rogers the tech who did the work was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what it took to make my carpets look great. Yes ZEROREZ is more expensive than the last company I used but my carpet looks clearer and smells fresh! My family deserves the best.
Phone system is terrible. Stayed on hold forever and scheduled time was 9-11 and no one called. I called at 1:30 and they sent another person by 2:30. He was wonderful. Communication at the office and scheduling is terrible!
I dont appreciate the upselling that your team does once they are in our home. $75 to remove pet odor is what I am referring to specifically. If you cannot guarantee then dont charge for it.
The spots that were in my carpet came back within a week and they are even bigger than they were before. Certainly not up to the Zerorez standards that I have come to appreciate.
