My carpets have pet stains and the technicians always get them clean and they smell great when they are through. I like the fact that Zerorez uses empowered steam water to clean them. The tech that was here on Friday was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. As they all are, would not trust anyone else to clean my carpets. Thank you for everything!
The tech that was sent out was absolutely wonderful. He was full of information and really had passion about the company. It was so refreshing! Great first experience!

Excellent job at removing hard stains, professional employees, friendly, goal is to please the customer as evidenced by our experience 2-3 weeks ago when the tech stayed late to make sure our carpets looked great before we placed the house on the market!
I have dogs so I get the carpets cleaned twice a year. This was my first time using zerorez and you can easily tell the difference. Much deeper clean. Spots did not resurface. The guy who did the service was very polite and timely.

Rugs felt soft, they were dry by evening. Our professional, Joseph did a great job!
How different you are from the competition. No soap left in the carpet, feels softer after drying. No comparison.

The guys were nice and very fast with services. My carpet turned out very clean.

You request we vacuum throughly before the visit.
Then you miss the target time and re schedule for several days later.
This means a re vacuuming ! Too much inconvenience.
However the re re schedule was only two days large so a re vacuum was not necessary.
We are very pleased with the result and will certainly call Zerorez again. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything about it but the cleaning, my den rug had spots on it that is later on
Cleaned up it carpet cleaner....
The serve tech was great, however he told me that if I got the Pet treatment, the carpet would smell fresh and clean...It smelled like pee though out the whole house. Also, it took a long time to dry and smelled musty.
Well i was told one price to clean the carpets and then when my credit card was ran it is a different amount. Second hou charged me a trip charge of $10 and i was not told of a trip charge i was told that you did service my area but nothing of a trip charge. Dissapointing. I not sure of the cleaning the carpets still smelled dirty. However the tech's had a great fun professional attitude.
My 12 yr old carpet looked cleaner than it ever has after using Zerorez. Kyle Peterson worked on all the problem areas with great results. He did a great job!
