Adil was most gracious and polite. He did his job very well and was very efficient. The hoses are a little cumbersome and need a little guidance around the corners so as not to rub the trim of doors around the corners. I was glad to help the hoses around the corners for Adil as my house is very small with little room to move and my trims weren't in tip top shape anyway.
Shorter waiting period. We waited from 4-6:30 and as we were getting a call that the technician was running late, they found out he was having problems with his sprayer. We had to reschedule but was given a discount for the inconvenience which I appreciated.
I called to get a quote and the individual insisted that someone had to come to the house to do this. I waited all day for someone to arrive (which they did at 1:30) only for them to not even walk in my house but ask me how many rooms I needed cleaned. They proceeded to call their boss (still standing outside) to ask for a quote and then gave me the amount. So, you could have done this over the phone....
I PAID EXTRA FOR ODOR REMOVAL AND I CAN STILL SMELL AND ODOR. IT WAS FINE WHEN THE TECH LEFT BUT THE ODOR HAS COME BACK
No shampoo
The "bait and switch" advertising that your company employs is very annoying, if not outright unethical. To advertise a price on the radio and then turn around and add a $10 travel fee to every job, which was not mentioned in the original ad, is unacceptable.
The quality of your work
Knowledgable and friendly technician. He took the time to show me where he had cleaned and what was yet to be cleaned side by side. It was a dramatic difference. My home did not smell after cleaning as with other services which gave me the excuse that it was "just wet carpet smell". I now know that was not true. Zerorez cleaned my whole house, 8 rooms, in about 3 hours! It looks great and feels soft to walk on.
The carpet looked like new when finished! We were very pleased.
Tech was very professional he explained the process to me since this was my very first time having zerorez clean my carpets.and my carpets look like new again.
A two hour job took six hours. The technicians hose broke, second hose was too short and prolonged time getting backup from warehouse. The machine to suck up extra water was also broke so the technician left the house with pools of water everywhere. This dried the next day leaving a residue that is tracked everywhere you go. ( ironic your company name is "zerorez"). I had not been given an estimate and the technician quoted $661 but charged more. I did identify referral from kLTY, whom you advertise. "Three rooms for $99". I called Monday and asked that someone come mop up residue and technicians footprints and was told "well consider it". By your advertisements I should be getting a refund. The team that performed the service were great, thorough and provided a detailed overview of the job and provided additional solutions to protect our carpets.
Have better communication between the customer and dispatch
I chose a pet treatment for two of the rooms and they still have a urine smell. The cleaning helped but did not eliminate the problem.

2 out of the 3 rooms treated with the special enzyme to get rid of pet urine still smell like urine!! Of course they smelled good the day they got treated, but you can still smell it pretty bad again now. I have NOT let me dog loose since I got the carpet cleaned either, so it's not new urine. Can you please come to re-treat?

Your service technicians are wonderful at their work. It it in the initial call and price setting that your staff could use a bit of customer service care.
My 14 year old dog, Sadie, passed away recently. I called to have one room sanitized where, on her last night here on earth, she vomited and had a small urine accident. The phone rep, reading most probably from a script, asked less than considerate questions. I mentioned from the first that I was calling for the above reason. I mentioned the need that I had. She quoted me a figure of 3 rooms for $99. When I again stated what I needed, she went on to say that if the tech found any vomit or urine, there would be an extra charge. I repeated that this is why I was calling, and that I indeed would be more than glad to pay the charge. It is as if she did not even hear my words, but was reading line to line. As far as the 3 rooms, I asked if I could just have two area rugs from my son's college apartment cleaned in the place of the room - I understood her to say a 'yes' to this. And, of course, she told me to "have a great day" (or something like that) - maybe a bit more tact would have been better in this situation.
On the day of the visit, I did need to ask the tech to redo the one area where Sadie had left a spot. He checked it with his blue light, and saw that he missed a bit - He gladly did that area (a spot about 2x2) again. I added one area rug under my piano where Sadie had sat when I played. Then, he told me the price: OVER $300. One room with three spotted areas. One rug under the piano. And two area 6x8 rugs from Home Depot. This was a bit more than my original thought of paying.
I have waited a few weeks to see how I felt about the Zerorez company. While your product/cleaning is above any other method, I do worry about the "office - billing and service" side. Should I recommend your company?

the carpet is cleaner than i expected. The gentelmean that cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely call again when i am ready to have the carpet cleaned in the remaining rooms.
The ZeroRez team here last week that helped with our office flood was outstanding! They were thorough, friendly, helpful, worked extremely well together and made a frustrating situation much easier to get through. I HIGHLY recommend ZeroRez!

Very professional service from scheduling the appointment to the actual cleaning by the service techs. I liked the way the house smelled after the carpets were cleaned. They smelled clean without the strong odor of soaps and fragrance. Carpets feel clean with no dry soap residue.
