We were pleased with the technition and the cleaning of our carpets. He explained everything thoughrougly to us and did a great job.
My carpet is over 20 years old, but it looks almost brand new after the cleaning. Plus, the house smells clean and fresh, no chemical smell.

I was called to cancel during my scheduled window of service. I was also told there was no supervisor on duty.
After explaining I was angry that they would call me during my service window after ZeroRez had confirmed me several times, they still told me there was nothing they could do.
Randell called me back only after I explained I would write and call the Better Business Bureau. Then suddenly Randell was able to “move things around” and a tech was on his way.
Really poor experience.
That said, Antonio did a stellar job and was very professional! He is the reason this score is as high as it is. I really like your firm and no one cleans carpet better. But I had a terrible experience which had nothing to do with the actual carpet cleaning.

Excellent service at excellent price. Techs perform well and are pleasant.
While I appreciate your "special" three room deal, I did not appreciate the up charge for everything else. The price seemed high to me for the time spent and the amount of work that was done. What could you do to improve? How about training your techs to be more careful when dragging their corrugated hoses through house. every corner they went around has had the drywall stripped off and requires repair and paint. I will be exploring other options the next time I need carpet/floor cleaning.
