Chemical free cleaning - however, I wasn’t supposed to be charged for my stairs - I called about it and was told a manager would call me, but I’m still waiting for that call. Phone number removed

My carpet got cleaned last Thurrsday. The thing is, there is not a fragrant/ fresh smell afterwards, but still pet odor. My carpets looked clean and great, but I am worried that he did not put the full 100% that we paid for, bc our carpets need DEEEP CLEANING. This was not a deep clean at all tho.
He may have only used water for all I know. It only took him 24 minutes to prep, soak/ etc., and clean 3 ROOMS.
I don't want the stains, and paid to have them gone. They are not. How can we fix this?? I am hosting Xmas this year. HELP OR A REFUND would be much appreciated.

Great Service
I was very impressed with Bert when he came to clean my bedrooms carpet. Our bedroom had multilple areas from our dog being sick. He was able to get the odor out of the carpet and padding. I also had him clean two area rugs which look like new. Thank-you Bert.

The technician showed up late.
The bait and switch with the fees. I was quoted $150. And ended up paying 75% more.
Very disappointed.
Technician explained the whole process thoroughly and answered all my questions. They were fast, and efficient and I couldn't find a single spot they missed. They advised on the best services I needed, and what I could get done via their other services. Will definitely use again.

Zerorez always does a great job. They underpromise and over deliver. Very upfront. Managed expectations. My carpet is 15 years old. Beyond time to replace. But they always get out stains that I didn’t expect. My carpet looks brand new.

My carpets look much better; however, some spots still remained after the tech was finished. I worked on one of those spots and was able to reduce the stain significantly. Not sure what happened as he was able to remove some other stubborn spots.

My technician, Shane, was very courteous and respectful. My carpets look wonderful.
There were some parts of the carpet that needed a little extra help. I never got a call that the carpet cleaner was on the way, so we felt not ready. Overall,.the technician was super nice and gave us a few minutes to get ready. I was just not amazed by the results of the before and after as the advertisements always say.

It was easy to make an appointment online and the technician called and arrived even earlier than planned and did a great job.
Dirt and high traffic stains come out easily without the extra treatments.

I was scheduled on Wednesday from 3 - 5. A few minutes before 5 I received a call to cancel and reschedule for next day. I had moved the furniture, and waited for two hours just to be told they could not come. I think that's unprofessional.
This is the second time I'm called to reschedule, and I am shopping around to find a company that respects the time of their customers.
Next day, the technician did a very good job, as usual.
Too bad I cannot rely on the appointment times.
A door casing got dinged during cleaning and the technician walked back over the clean carpet without shoe protectors on, leaving 3+ dirty spots. We know accidents happen, so it’s fine, but we’d recommend wearing shoe protectors from start to finish.
