Efficient - not so wet after the service

I found it a little difficult with dealing with the guy that showed up. Didn’t get good customer service vibes from him. After he left, I checked the rooms & he didn’t do the entire carpet properly. I have used your company before a few times & I got better service last time. I will be looking into other companies like Stanley Steamer in hopes of them doing the job right.

We had our air ducts cleaned and the service was great! Ricardo was very professional and explained what was happening and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. So happy I heard about Zerorez.

Used zerorez as part of the move out cleaning in my home I was renting. The leases said the carpets need to be professionally cleaned. When I turned the receipt to the landlord they questioned if the carpets had even been cleaned.
You can make it right by refunding me so I can find a new company that will do a good job cleaning the carpets or come out and redo the job. Either way something needs to be done. The cleaning was not very good and the carpets are in pretty good condition.

The person doing the cleaning was great and I know worked hard. Unfortunately, the tile cleaning was just not good. The grout didn't look any cleaner really. I got down on the ground with dawn power wash and a brush and was able to clean the grout myself. I would honestly like a refund for the grout cleaning and sealing.

The carpet looks much better. I will have to say the smell in my bedroom is still musty. The rest of the house smells fine.

Just not what I expected. Quite expensive for the results.

Your charges for spot cleaning is crazy! $75.00 a spot? That's a definite no! I'm not sure many people are willing to pay this! This tech did ok seemed to be in a hurry. The tech b4 this time was terrific!
