I would like the cleaner and helper to wear covering over their shoes as it is sometimes necessary to walk over the wet areas.
CJ was a fantastic technician! He did a very thorough job of explaining the process used to clean the spots down to the carpet pad and did a brief demonstration to show me what the results would be. I spent a little extra money but the money spent will help to preserve the life of my carpet which will save me money in the long run. Thank you CJ and Zerorez!
I like the cleaning products. My carpet was very dirty, it looks great now. All the stains were removed.
I didn't like the fact that you only sent I guy. My husband had to help that guy. The guy didn't even know about the ad ya'll had on Good morning Texas. What's really happening at this company?
You did make things right. I called to pay my invoice, voiced my concerns and one of the services was removed from my bill. The technician was supposed to apply the carpet protectant and the hoses from the machine were on the floor. The technician sprayed the carpet and the hoses, never moving them and I felt the technician could care less and parts of my carpet were unprotected. So the customer service representative got permission to remove it and I paid the remainder of the invoice. However, you lost a customer permanently.
Technician "Diamond" was very respectful, clarified what he was going to do, did a wonderful job on some challenging carpet areas! And I appreciated the paper footies he gave us, which really did help!
The best service I have ever received!
It was concerning the cleaning could not be done in one day, as I believe there were scheduling issues. We intentionally scheduled this before Thanksgiving. Since it was not to be completed the first visit we had to schedule the second visit after Thanksgiving.
The second concern is I believe we paid around $3500 and the visable stains were still visable. So I used a personal steam cleaner and was able to get most of the stains off one of the carpets and will continue to address the remaining stains.
If I were the technician and could not remove the stains for what ever reason I would have notified the customer and explained why. But then again I was able to get most of the worst stains myself.
So, I would be unable to recommend this service in good faith, also, I do not waste my time writing bad reviews on social media as this may have been a “one off”.

We have been using the services of Zerorez for quite a few years at two different homes. They are the FIRST company I recommend to anyone needing their services! We had multiple messy home improvements at these homes and needed air duct cleaning as well as carpet and area rugs that needed cleaning. Every single time I have used ZEROREZ I have been pleased with their customer service!
Nice result but we signed up for a $99 special & they charged us $149. You have to really watch all the up charges. They were here for 35 minutes & our total came to $345 out the door.
House smelled like wet dog. We spent over 500 dollars for a topical that did not work. Instead of reimbursing us the topical expense you wanted to come back 3 days later and re service. That means I have to move furniture all over again. Also a manager never called me back!!!!

Zerorez did an outstanding job on our carpets!
We used Zerorez years ago and now even though we only have two rooms of carpet, we decided to call them back out. They did an excellent job that got our old heavily soiled carpets looking better than we could have expected. Both rooms and the runner carpet look just great! The technician that did our work went above and beyond and was very careful and deliberate especially on the worst sections. We are 110% satisfied and highly recommend the service. Scheduling was easy, pricing was very fair and communication on appoint and arrival times was excellent.
There is no chemical smell.
