House was a little smelly afterwards

I was going to call you to come back. There are 2 long grout lines in my laundry room that is dis colored. When it was wet, I figured it would dry clear but it didn't.

Also, I paid for pet nuetralization and carpet protection. The carpet is clean but still has a pet urine odor worse then before Zerorez cam yesterday. The last time I had you clean that carpet, it smelled clean like a hint of clean bleach.

I was going to call and ask if you could return to get the smell neutralized like last time.

Technician was very knowledgeable & did a great job, however I think your services are somewhat pricey.

Old, old pet stains were removed and so far haven't come back yet. Did a better job that I ever expected!

I had requested only 3 rooms be cleaned and only 1 room scotch guarded. The representative gave me a quote for this service. My husband informed me that the 3 rooms were $350 more than I had been quoted. The carpet cleaner took advantage of my husband who has dementia and cleaned, treated, and scotch quarded all the rooms which I did not request. I feel that the representative for your company took advantage of the situation.

The non-use of no detergents for cleaning and the fact that steam does clean best.

Well the last time you came out, the carpet was dirtier and a better job of cleaning maybe because there was two people. Looks like the tech used different chemicals. I would like to talk to someone about this.
