The service was great and the technician was very professional!
The service was perfect and the technician Ken was rated 10 very polite and professional.
The associate that showed was kind so this is about training him and advising customers before people show up. 1) He arrived at the time, but had no identification saying he worked for Zeroez nor did he introduce himself at all. No 'hi my name is' or 'i'm with Zeroez' which made me wonder if he was legit. it wasn't until i looked to the curb did I see the truck with the logo on it. 2) he used big hoses and put them through the front door. Having dogs made this not ideal. I haven't had carpets cleaned before so didn't know to expect this. What made it worse is I work from home so between working to prevent dogs from getting out and trying to work I lost time working. In regards to the clean i didn't feel the clean was as good as I've had in times past.
I was quoted $650 but paid almost $1900. More questions should be asked prior to the technician showing up and having a big surprise and causing delays in work being started as well as the length of time the project takes. The people providing initial quotes should also relay that payment is due before work starts and not after. When I have to pay 3x as much to have a safe home, these things s/b divulged.

The product used left areas a dark grey. The person who came and did the job did a great job probably a ten. He actually did it a second time even getting blood out. The soap didn’t clean the doorways.
