Left long brown streak in master bedroom bathroom, husband cleaned it up, plus technician more interested in visit with my husband than working
The spots didn't come up like we thought they would. 1 spots didn't look like they even tried to clean it.
The protective coat took like 5-10min to be sprayed on by hand for all 3 rooms.
Just feel like I could have rented a RugDoctor and got better results.

Efficient - not so wet after the service
I found it a little difficult with dealing with the guy that showed up. Didn’t get good customer service vibes from him. After he left, I checked the rooms & he didn’t do the entire carpet properly. I have used your company before a few times & I got better service last time. I will be looking into other companies like Stanley Steamer in hopes of them doing the job right.
