EVERY THING!!!!!!!!!!!! My technician was FABULOUS as well. I have been a loyal custom for 20 Years and always tell my friends and acquaintances about how they need to give them a try, but after all these years, now almost everyone is already a fan.
I have white carpet in 5 rooms and a hall way and most of them are over twenty years old and still look great because of using Zerorez at least once a year.
I should tell you though that I am "Pet free" and don't have small children any more, so that is helpful as well.

My technician was on time, very professional, and helpful and proficient. However, I was very upset the day before when my 3:00pm appointment was cancelled by Zerorez.
The appointment was for 3:00pm, and the office called and cancelled at 3:15. This was especially problematic. because I am disabled, and I had people lined up to help me put everything back in place the next day. This meant rescheduling everyone (and disrupting their schedule without much notice), as well as me having to sleep on the couch for two nights instead of one (my bed had already been dismantled by the time I was notified).
To make matters worse, I did not even receive an apology. The person who called me did not seem to care. It seems that there might have been a better way to handle this situation!
