The appointment process was very difficult this time around. I had to make several appointments, negotiate several different time slots and the technician didn't spray protectant on my stairs as part of the process.
When I called customer service, I got nothing but the run around and they only offered to compensate me for the trouble on additional service only, and that discount was only 10% or 10 dollars for the service addition. I have additional service scheduled, but I dont think I would refer your services to friends and family now.

Expensive and couldnt clean my area rugs. Also the technician didnt mive a small area rug and just cleaned around it Not under it. He shoukd have asked us to move it if he was uncertain or didnt want to life it

Ensure that techs are experienced and provide top notch services. I had two two different techs over a l year period and the seasoned tech really took his time - explained the services and process.Shampooed thoroughly throughout. The young tech rushed and did four rooms 15 stairs, game room and buffed vestibule grout in less than two hours - with poor cleaning (no elbow grease).

The service men were very professional and explained what they were going to do to address the issues with my carpet, how they were going to achieve it and how long the process would take. On all counts, they took great care with my carpet and home. I look forward to calling on zerorez for future cleaning projects in my home.

You have not answered my requests in over 1 week. I have given you ample opportunity to respond to my requests. I did not wish to rent to answer a feedback because I have nothing good to report. You have had every opportunity to make this right. But this is the 3rd request I've received to give feedback. So you asked........................

Our carpets in the heavy traffic areas by doors did not come as clean as we had hoped. Don't know if you can do anything about it since it didn't work the first time.

My last two experiences with you all were good but this time very frustrating on the scheduling end.

Carpet cleaning did a great job on some very tough stains. Looked and smelled great when they were done. The tile steaming was very impressive. But best of all was the technician. He was very polite, friendly, explained everything, made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns and wanted me to check everything out before he left to make sure I was happy. He was awesome! I wont hesitate to use them again

Didn't get all the stains the first visit but was quick to come back and do what was need to take care of the problem. Good customer service! Thank you.

The two people were very professional and did the job very well. The carpet repair was done nicely and (although at bit pricy) was great and worth the price.
