Carpet smells and feels clean afterwards.

The second Technician D'Carlos was very nice and tried very hard to make things right from the first visit but I just feel disappointed from what I heard on KLTY compared to the experience I had. My carpet is white berber and feel they are getting it to wet or something because from the second visit my room is better but the second room is worse-side of the bed now is worse, turning brown and the stain has spread after cleaning. I would like D'Carlos to come out again for the second room to try and fix brown spot that spread. It was one stain about the size of a small show box and is now half way down the side of the bed. Thank you
The technician bent over backward to ensure he did the best possible job on a VERY dirty carpet. I am also very happy not to have a crunchy residue feeling on the clean carpet.Great job!
Most of the spots came out but new ones were created during the cleaning process. I have called and Zerorez is coming back to re-do the spots. They were very accommodating so we shall see.

The carpet feel so clean.
When I scheduled appt I requested as early as possible. I have a baby that takes a nap at 1. Was told they could not guarantee first stop, but it would be noted. I was told a window of 8:30am-1:00pm. I was called on Saturday and told 11am. On Tuesday morning, I was called at 10am and told it would still be 11am. At 12:35 I was finally called again and told it would still be 45 minutes! Finally at 1:20, a technician finally showed up. I had NO problems with technician. He was very good.

I paid extra to neutralize the odor that was coming from the carpet. It is definitely better, but as the carpet dried, the smell got stronger. When I saw the receipt that was sent electronically, I see there was no guarantee regarding the odor removal.
The gentleman who came and did our carpets was very polite, professional and very thorough. He did such a great job! Will definitely use this company again.

The carpet dried quickly. Technician was professional and explained course of treatment very well. He was courteous and considerate of my home when bringing in equipment.
Have technician arrive on time
This is the second time I have used Zerorez. The carpet cleaning is fine but the tile cleaning is horrible. I had to mop and clean the floor afterwards because of all of the streaking and spotting.

Your hot water system, the carpets don't get too wet or smelly and the technicians are always friendly and professional.

My phone quote was $227 and price ended up $380 without adding any stain removal or sealing. Not sure if it was the square footage or what increased the price, my husband was home at the time, but was not planning on that much of a difference in price. Floors did come out well.
I was fairly happy except I was not told when I called about the $60 pet smell treatment when I called.
The technician that came was very friendly but I had to ask him on more than one occasions to move small tables and clean under them. I have not received my $50 certificate for the steak house.
The technician was very professional and nice. However, my carpet did not look any cleaner than before it was cleaned. The dirty areas still looked dirty and several spots did not come up. Also, in the grass in front of the house, the hose left a dead mark in the grass.
Our carpeting just seems cleaner than the previous companies we used made them. Also REALLY appreciate that we were able able to get an appointment on the day we called, we needed that due to an accident our dog had. Also appreciated the Tech Brad.
Ours was a redo, the redo was great, the person put so effort into the cleaning and the rug is clean now. The first time the service was not to great.
The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I like having my carpets and rugs cleaned with water as opposed to cleaning with chemicals.
