Your technicians are professional in manner. Kenneth really made a difference in the appearance of my carpet and especially tile.
Agent was very professional, courteous, and did a great job explaining the product... not to mention our carpets look great! I also appreciated the frequent calls/reminders to let us know exactly when the agent would arrive so we didn't sit around at home all day just waiting.

I had appointments to clean 2 condos 1000 feet apart. I was told I would get a call about 11AM letting me know when the tech would be here and I got that call and was told 1:15. Then I got another call saying it would be after 2:30 then another SAYING AFTER 4:30. This is when I grew tired of you wasting my time.
the lady on the phone said I was double booked. Not so. She called and said a tech would be here soon and he arrived but he did not have enough water to clean the carpet on my 900 sq ft condo much less my other one. He left and I vowed never to use again but a different lady called AND Said a tech was on the way and he arrived. HIS NAME WAS TRAVIS AND HE WAS GREAT and did a great job on both condos. You folks might try and get your equipment and your personel ready for their days work.

The gentleman who come was very professional and knew what he was doing. Answered all our question and gave us recommendations.
Carpet was cleaned very well without any chemicals.

That Zerorez does not use shampoos and/or other chemicals that may stay in the carpet. The deep cleaning option was an effective treatment, albeit pricey. We always appreciate when people do not try to "sell" us products or services. We, as well as many other people, are more likely to feel good about purchasing extra products/services if we are not pressured to do so. Additionally, we appreciated the quick response to our request for cleaning services.

The guys did an amazing job! We didn't think it was possible to save the carpets but they made them look almost new. There is still an issue with the smell, but I know how bad they were so understand that it may take a couple cleanings to get rid of pet odors. The guys were very nice and accommodating which was refreshing.
Easy, great communication and no chemicals
The technician went over the carpet very quickly -one time back and forth. I don't think it can be cleaned that quickly. Finished 6 rooms in 45 minutes. Also it was too wet.
Paul, the technician waited for me to get home from work! He explained everything thoroughly and was fast and more than courteous.

Zerorez needs to rethink how appointments are scheduled. I've been a long time customer and I will not use Zerorez again. Giving someone a 5-6 hour window for the appointment is ridiculous! It's apparent that the company doesn't have enough trucks/staff to handle the work load.

Simply, your prices are outrageous.
Your carpet cleaning is the best.
But if it is so good, then why do you upsell pet treatments at a high fee per room? I can't believe my Ex was talked into this excess profit scheme.
We also needed some ripples stretched out, which was also done at a very high fee.
So, over $800 for a few hours work by two guys? Ex had to pay it though, in order to get house on the market.
I'm sure y'all will laugh all the way to the bank. Remember the phrase they taught us in school years ago...caveat emptor...which means "let the buyer beware."
I may continue to tell people your carpet cleaning is excellent, but to never, under any circumstances, consider any other services from your company.
The technician (Mr.Sierra) was very professional, polite and efficient. There was "no muss, no fuss" and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. We will use Zerorez again in the future. Please let Mr. Sierra know he is an asset to your company.

Our technician, Gabriel, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased and that his work was representative of Zerorez advertising. I have had previous experiences with Zerorez, and I wasn't overly pleased with the results. Gabriel was so awesome that I will for sure call you again. In fact, I'll most likely contact you for tile cleaning and possibly duct cleaning.
