The work inside the house was fine, the driver had his vehicle parked so whenever he used the equipment the exhust ended burning the grass
Now we have a huge spot of burnt grass on our beautiful green lawn

The young man that Service us truly believed in the product and did a wonderful job up selling us, and he was Sol jovial and friendly. He told us about his two hundred pound dog, but we forgot his name! He did a wonderful job, as did the gentleman before him. Great service, great job, great deal!
A little better communication.
The carpet was still dirty. It didn't look any cleaner when it dried. No change from the carpet prior to your service. I hired Youngs Chem Dry and they sprayed a cleaner on one spot after your service and dirt came up. I wasted my money with your service. $200 wasted. Youngs cleaned the carpet again and it was amazing the difference. And they were less than your cost. I will never recommend your company, ever.
The guys did an awesome job. They were really helpful and my carpet looks fabulous!!

The techs that are sent are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond what is expected.
Follow up like you say you are going to - I got no call 30 minutes out as promised. Also, I was on hold for over 9 minutes when I called to see where the tech was.

Carpets stayed with the clean look and the staining look didn't come back out once it dried and had traffic on it.
The technician was very professional and caring. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies I have used, the technician took the extra effort to try to remove stains. He was sincere and interested in doing a great job. I would recommend this technician to come out and clean my carpets again.

Start charging a flat rate to clean and deodorize. The add ons are a killer and total turn off. They change the rate by a minimum of 100%!
