We scheduled an appointment and were told our carpets would be cleaned from 4-6, so my husband took off work early to ensure he was there. The dispatcher called and said they would be there at 6:30, which was fine, but they called again thirty minutes later and said it would have to be 9pm or the next day. We told them the next day. They said they would be there around 11:30. Again, the next day we got a call and they said it would be "sometime" after 12, and they would call thirty minutes before. Then at 11:40 the carpet cleaning guy called and said he was at the house and no one was there! This is insane! It should not be so difficult to schedule to get carpet cleaned. The carpets looked fine, but this was far from worth the hassle! Then we were charged a $10 fuel fee that we were never told about before hand. I will go back to using Stanley or Dalworth. This was not ok!

Easy to book appointment, told me up front how long cleaning would take and it took exactly that long, carpet looks great, tried to get stains out and for those they couldn't, they explained why.

My living room looks like they cleaned part and has streaks everywhere. After I ran around and had nothing in my living room to clean around. I also was told I would get a call 30 minutes before they came.

I had a bad experience with the first cleaning we had and gave a less than favorable response on the survey to rate your services. I received a call back asking what could be done to fix the issue. You scheduled another technician to come back in and clean the area that looked really bad and was still dirty. The job he did looks great. Apparently the first technician did not do what he was supposed to do. I appreciate Zerorez coming back in to re-clean our carpets and do what it took to make me a satisfied customer. I appreciate the effort. Thank you very much!
