Estimate over phone was less than half the actual cost. I wasn't told that there was additional cost for pet stains and I wasn't told that the room count was based on square footage.
Friendly service providers and excellent value
Your scheduling procedure needs improvement. We received a message saying that a tech would arrive between 11:00AM and 1:30PM. At 2:00, nobody had arrived and I called your office. They apologized for the mix-up and told me a tech would be here between 4:00PM and 6:00PM. Your tech arrived around 4:45 and did a good job. I have no problem with the service after your tech arrived. My aggravation is that I ended up taking an entire day off from work when I was expecting around a half day based on your information that was incorrect.

Your service Tech was outstanding. There were some spots that Dominic was not able to get out. Though the final product looked very good and Dominic did everything I asked to be redone I still thought that the pricing was high for my little house for all the floors. The grout in the kitchen and hallway looks great. However, at even $300.00 for all the floors, I will have to check out a competitor for the whole house for less than $300.00. I booked a week in advanced and I was #2 in the que for the day. So I had to call a couple of times to find out when to expect service.

the service guys are always very nice and do a great job which is why your score is as high as it is.
but this is the second time i've had a major scheduling issue. i was told my window was 830-12. i never got a confirmation call so i called that morning to be sure they were still coming and the person who looked it up said they were. i called again at 1130 because i still hadnt gotten the call that someone was on their way and that person said that i was in the second half window which actually goes up until 130 and that i should have been told that during the confirmation call the day before. not only did i not get the confirmation call but the first person i spoke to that morning didnt mention a word or correct me when i said 830-12. so i spent more than half my day waiting for this appointment before i was able to start work or leave my house at 230.
additionally the service guy was going to leave and i had to remind him about the tile clean that was included. my neighbor used yall last week and had the same issue. she was supposed to get the tile clean but didnt and she didnt remember until her tech had already left.
this is also the second time that i was supposed to get a $50 restaurant gift card but havent so i'm now short $100 total that i'm guessing y'all hope people won't remember either?
