I called after receiving your invoice that was e-mailed to me.
When I originally made the appt. I told the Rep. I didn't want any tile cleaned (I have a steamer) and asked if there was any other promo. She said there wasn't.
Tech. came on a rainy day, when my husband was home from surgery. He cleaned kitchen floor for the 'free' promo. Then, cleaned entry as it was dirty from the hose/rain and charged $50. I did not need any tile cleaned. The person should have done what the person paying the bill wanted.

The equipment is top notch. All personnel should have the proper equipment to do the job at the appointment time. The hot hoses should not be put on the lawn. I have burned circles on my lawn! Zerorez is 2 1/2 times higher than my other carpet cleaner so for the price difference a top notch job is expected.
it works as advertized
I don't like trying to be sold extra services. I would prefer that a company comes and does what they say they will do without trying to get me to spend more. I bought extra services which I didn't really need or want and went out of my budget. In hindsight they weren't necessary it I have a hard time making decisions on the spot. Next time I will be prepared to say no to any extras---but I wasn't this time.
The service tech was awsome. He was very professional and let us know what he was doing.
We live in an apartment and we know its not the best carpet. However after your company cleaning it it looks Awsome. We would definatley recommend to our friends and family.

Friendliness and green products.
I was told tech would be at my residence between 1:00 & 3:00 & did not show up until 5:30, so I waited all afternoon when I could have been doing other things! I am very disappointed in response! You could give me an additional 15 % discount on the bill for cleaning!

The guy did a great job cleaning , he was fast and efficient very professional , but they told us 1:00 it was 5:00 before anyone showed up so me and my husband had to cancel our dinner plans , the office people didn't even call to tell me they would b so late and I still haven't heard back from them very in professional !!!!
Our carpets stay cleaner longer, and this puts Zerorez light years ahead of other carpet cleaners. We last had our carpet cleaned in November 2014, and they were still looking decent when our technician arrived on Saturday. Now they just glow, and that's not easy for beige carpeting!
William was very professional and I appreciate his good work ethic. My carpets look great so far & that is very much a great thing! Outside of a little hiccup on when he was to make it to my condo for appointment (this was a dispatch issue NOT Williams') I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Carpets look clean when done. The gentlemen are always polite and helpful and go the extra mile.
Had cushions with pet odor. You came to house and cleaned cushions and they still smelled. Since then, cushions have been sent out TWICE to be cleaned in the warehouse with dry cleaning agent that was specially ordered for my cushions and they still smell. If you can't handle the problem, then don't say you can. Also took almost 2 weeks to get cushions back after I was told it would only take s couple of days. It took a week for y'all to order the cleaning agent you needed. Very unhappy. Just wish I had my money back so I could find someone who could clean it right.
