My whole house feels fresh now because of the great job by Zerorez! I used to have my carpets cleaned by another company and was so disappointed when I realized how much grime was left. Your technician, Justin Watts, did an outstanding job. I can't get over how nice and fresh everything looks and feels! I had asked for a great technician and boy, did you deliver when you sent him! Thank you so much! I am a "lifer" as far as turning to Zerorez to clean my carpets!

Works as described. My carpets are clean.
When I set up my appointment, I was told I would have a morning apt. No one called 24 to 48 hrs like you say you will, to tell me differently. No one called on the day of my apt. When I called I was told it would not be morning but afternoon. If I hadn't moved my furniture, I would have cancelled. I missed my granddaughter's graduation ceremony. He finally came at 3:45. I was very upset.
I was hoping more stains would come out. The worst ones were old and there was no change in them. The thing I heard about Zerorez was that people used you as a last ditch effort before replacing carpet, then didn't have to because the stains were gone. I was hoping for that, but my stains must have been too big and old.
The technician was very professional and nice.

My carpets look new! Cleaning involved multiple pet stains from a very old dog. The service was professional, and thorough. The carpets are soft and odor-free. Zerorez even removed some stains left on my carpets that had been previously cleaned by another company. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Overstuffed chair and carpets were to be cleaned. Plus tile in the kitchen area. I did not see anything special about the treatment of carpets. There were a couple spots on the carpet which they claimed they couldn't clean; yet after gone we tried and were able to remove some of the stain. The chair they claimed they could not clean because of the denim material; and didn't try. After gone, we put the pillow cases in the washer and part of spots were almost gone. They didn't move the lightweight couch and clean. They didn't clean or even mention the tile that should have been cleaned. 2nd appt. made and they came back.

Scheduling follow up did not happen even after I called and emailed for the promised 3 hour arrival window, I still have stains and don't see the value in the service after what I paid. I work for a high volume flooring provider and was looking forward to being able to recommend a carpet cleaning company that was "Green" but I cannot recommend Zerorez.

The time it took my carpet to dry was longer than stated. We needed two full nights to get the carpet dry.

I feel a victim of the ole bait and switch. When I called and made the appointment, I said that there were pet stains. The operator said that she recommended that I do the pet treatment which cost $60.00 per room. At that time I had a coupon which has now expired. When the techs came to the house, there was no $60.00 per room pet treatment but a huge cost per bottle or whatever. Just to clean one room I was told it would cost over $1,000.00. There is a big difference between $60.00 a room and the cost I was told by the techs. The cost was quoted as $60.00 per room then that should have been the cost.
I was basically told to rip up all the carpeting. That is not an option. I knew that there would be some differences from the quoted price to the actual price but I was not expected to be lied to and have the quoted cost for one room to be over the guestimated cost to have the whole house cleaned.
The only way to make it right is to come and clean my home for the quoted price. I did not expect miracles, nor would I have been disappointed because of not getting everything "perfect".
I am extremely disappointed in being lied to. The quoted "pet treatment" should be done at the price given on the phone or it should not be given at all.
