How clean my carpet was

The billing was completely messed up. Had to call three times to finally get straightened out. The cleaner was late for the appointment and sat in his van for another 40 minutes before coming to the door. He was odd like he was on something and treated us like a real jerk. The cleaning was ok but the carpet was sopping wet when he left. He had the correct billing info but treed to hold us up for more money. Was glad when he finally left the house. Was very creepy.
Be sure when scheduling appointments, you give customer correct time
The product totally cleaned my carpet and it was bad! The technician was very friendly informative and professional. Will use again and have already referred several friends

you didn't show up when you were supposed to, my mother in law missed her appointment, there was a dog stain in the master bedroom from a previous owner that didn't come out,and they cut a computer cord that they took, they said they're going to replace it in 2 to 3 days but the computer is not working.

The main high traffic stains didn't come as clean as I would have liked. The tile was amazing though, but too expensive.
not happy with the cleaning of my carpet. I know it was very bad, but I have had better service before and it was very late and not happy with the scheduling of my appointment

Techs are curtious and efficient. The carpet drys does not take forever to dry. The offers and promotions are great. I have already had 2 people make appointments becaus the like the service I received.
Carpet left very wet with slippery residue. Tile left very wet with slippery residue that is now impossible to remove from uncleaned portions of floor. After second visit to rinse carpet and re-clean floor, carpet somewhat better but remained wet for long time. Had to use lacquer thinner to remove residue from spots on tile floor. Both technicians were very courteous and worked hard but your process has problems. I would never recommend to anybody.
All of the staff were very professional and friendly. The service was timely and reasonably priced. My favorite thing is the lack of chemical smell and no artificial fragrance! I have severe allergies and am especially sensitive to fragrances. The antique furniture looks fantastic and smells clean, not perfume-y! Thank you!!!

Great service! Got rid of nasty pet stains and carpets are super clean! I was amazed by the tile cleaning - they look as good as new. Especially the grout!
I was very pleased with the interaction i had with all staff, and the guys who cleaned the carpet got right to it, but it's more than 24 hours later and my carpets are still quite wet. My house smells like a wet dirty blanket.

Chemicals are used
3 different carpet cleaner crews have been out. The carpet after the first and second showed stripes in the carpet. Like maybe it wasn't clean. The third guy comes out and uses a container I can see the dirty water flowing and it was dirty then it turned cleaner. So the first two crews went through the motions but didn't clean left with dirty carpet and dirty stripes. I still see stripes after 3rd guy was here but not as bad. Not sure I'll call you again. I mean really 3 times???

Missed several appoint. Told me I would have my rug back in four weeks and it took 6 and then I had to wait another week because your people did not show up.
I asked for aimed come and give an estimate on cleaning my carpets but he didn't make it and Justin was supposedto come yesterday and leave an estimate with my base which he didn't do the request give him my love please next week I haven't heard back I love your company but your service is not good at all
I liked the associate that was sent. He went above and beyond as well as very professional. Our carpets and tile look great. I believe his name was Keith and he was the best with info and went to work and did a great job. I will tell people to request him.
