no chemicals and wonderful staff
After listening to years of your ads on how you can get all stains out, I was disappointed that some of the stains are still there. They are where my dog vomited.
I liked the products, the carpet looked line new. I have a dog so it was pretty bad and was thinking about replacing it. The service was excellent. Travis was my tech and he was very perfessional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He got out stains that I was sure would not come out. I would not only recomend your company but would sugest they ask for Travis.

The technicians did not have the necessary tools for the carpet to be stretched therefore another appointment has had to be made. But the actual carpet cleaning service that was provided was great.
i liked the guy who came to clean carpets ,very friendly and informative.
I had ceramic tiles cleaned and signed up to get sealant on grout. The process created spill over all the tiles so I had to wash the floor the next day.
well the gentleman was very kind and answered my questions..the carpet in my bedroom has 7/8 drops of coffee stains and those didn't come up.not satisfied with the cleaning...
During my original cleaning service, a large dent was put in my refrigerator door. I did not personally see it happen but it was definitely not there before the service. No other service providers were in the house and I live alone with no pets. When I notified Zerorez, it took months to get a response and then when an inspection was made, the gentleman said "There's no way to prove we did this and the technician says he didn't do it. So we're not going to honor your claim."
To this day, the dent is in my fridge door and everyone who asks about it is told this story and has my recommendation to NOT use your company. I also express these negative opinions when in general conversation about cleaning services. How can you make things right? FIX THE DENT IN MY REFRIGERATOR!
As well, when I asked for a refill of the cleaning solution and microfiber rags - as part of my lifetime agreement for these supplies - it takes weeks to get them delivered. Multiple calls, multiple missed delivery appointments, items delivered incomplete... it's just a serious hassle dealing with your company.
Excellent product - my almost 10 year old carpet is the cleanest that it has ever been!! The service and professionalism of the techs were great!!

Carpets were thoroughly cleaned. Quick service. We were very happy with the results.
Water was left behind on the floors outside of the rooms where the carpet was cleaned. Person cleaning the carpets didn't wear little booties over his shoes and got a little bit of dirt on our cream colored rug.

In the past we have been very pleased with the service. This time was different. The service tech just didnt get it. Usually ALL service personnel where foot covers on their shoes inside--ESPECIALLY from a carpet cleaning company. This one didnt even put them on after being reminded and asked.
chemical free cleaning
First, I'd like to note that the technician, Ricardo, was excellent.
A few things that I was not happy with:
1) I scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning specifically and requested the 1st or 2nd appointment of the day. The technician did not arrive until after 12pm.
2) I received a call at 6:55pm on Thursday night to confirm my appointment. The caller left a voicemail confirming my appointment and asked for a call back. I was not provided a time window for the technician's arrival in the voicemail. When I called back at 6:56, I was sent to voicemail. My voicemail was not returned.
3) I called on Friday and sat on hold. Didn't get through and didn't have time to wait.
4) I called Saturday morning at 7 - apparently your office didn't open until 8, but your phone system put me on hold like I was waiting for someone to answer. I was on hold for 50 minutes. Finally spoke with someone a little after 8.
Very pleased with the work your technician did and the quality of the cleaning, but would have appreciated feeling like I was able to reach someone with my questions without waiting on hold for a long time. Confirmation e-mails would work just as well as a call in my book.

Unable to do the room I needed done, said it would be dry in 2 to 6 hours and it took over 48 hours to dry. Said no smell, there was an odor for a couple of days, not sure if it has gone away yet.
The service (calling, reminding, scheduling) was amazing, the tech was skilled. But I witnessed when he dropped the equipment handle on a bookshelf in my daughter's room, making a gash in the wood. He didn't say anything about it at any point (that's the only reason for the mark-down).

We had several spots in our carpet and from the advertising we were led to think Zerorez would be able to address those spots. From the moment the technician, who was professional and polite, walked through our home, he was telling us how the spots in out carpet were dark and probably would not come out. Also, we have two heavy traffic areas that look the same now as they did prior to being cleaned. I felt like the quality of cleaning was not any better than our do it yourself attempts using a store bought hoover carpet cleaner. Results fell well short of the expectations from the marketing hype heard daily on KLTY. As to how to make things right, I really am not sure.

I don't know, but I expected more from the story I was told from the serviceman.
