tech worked hard to make sure floors were as clean as possible
It was very expensive!!! We we planning on spending &
$200 and it was over $600! Too many add ins when service guy showed up. He was fabulous but wish the phone lady would have explained more.
Very good work. My carpets were given a thorough cleaning by a very nice young man. He was professional, kind, courteous, & treated my husband & I with total respect & concern.

The automated call I received said the tech would be at my home 11:30-1:30. Roy arrived at 6:30 pm and did not leave until after 9 pm. I am a repeat customer and know my pets have terrible accidents. When I showed Roy the areas for the extra (and additional $$) treatment, he laughed out loud at the condition of my carpet. I contacted your office 3 times, was told I would receive updates, it never happened. Your office offered a 25% discount instead of the 20% currently offered with the $33/room rate. Roy questioned me regarding the additional discount and called for verification. If I had known he would be 7 hours late, I could have done my errands before he arrived. Errands didn't get done yesterday after booking a week in advance and spending $450. Thanks for asking.

Its a very thorough and seamless cleaning product. You don't have to wait forever to let it dry before you can get settled again with furniture. The technician who came out this time was just as good or better than the last technician. Since its my mothers house please offer a senior citizen discount if possible. She is 93 and raves about your service.

You did a great job with the high traffic areas, but had no impact on the stains. Drying time took over 18 hours (could be many factors). Technician was very polite and professional.
A section of the curbside grass near where the van was parked is now dead!
What to do to make things right? I'm not sure that there is anything you can do...it may just be that the stains are permanent or that the process that you use is not the best approach for the stains. However, thank you for asking.
