Your equipment is the best I have seen on the market. Customer service works with you around your work schedule which makes the process much easier. I had a couple of issues from the first visit snd they were promptly resolved to my satisfaction.

Technician did a great job. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. We had carpet stretched in one area and it turned out great. Granite was cleaned and polished and it is VERY smooth and shiny. He worked very hard and was conscientious. I would request him by name and will recommend Zerorez highly.

It's the quality and commitment of your technicians. I've been using Zerorez for over 10 years and we have found that Darwin Harrison to be the most effective and detail oriented tech yet. He is very customer service as seen in his professional demeanor and outstanding cleaning results.
Zerorez has much more powerful/effective equipment and they don't use soap.
Was told drying time would be 4-5 hours. Took 12 hours. Did not place blocks under furniture legs when moving downstairs furniture. Furniture legs have left brown marks on wet carpet.

My service tech guy was phenomenal! Very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, did an excellent job. All I heard from reviews on KLUV, Jody Dean's griup, was exactly the service I got. I am extremely pleased and wii certainly tell people I know to use Zeroez and I will be a customer forever. I also love how things smell!

The results
Even though I removed the lamps, picture frames and various other things from the top of he tables, no furniture was removed. He did a good job in cleaning the open area of the room but went outside of everything else. I had to ask him to remove two Lazy Boy chairs to clean underneath them, which he did, and then put the chairs back on the damp carpet. He did move the straight back chairs in the dining room but not much else. In other words, he cleaned around the furniture rather than removed it. We are in our 80's and have difficulty moving furniture. He did well cleaning the carpet where there was no furniture.
Pet odor in carpet
No toxic chemicals are used, no products are used that attract 'traffic lanes' after the cleaning, it it quick, effective, the carpet dries quickly, and the service technician was friendly, professional, and was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and the products and cleaning system used. I will never use a different carpet cleaning service after experiencing Zerorez!
I would like to recognize your service technician Ceaser. His professionalism and more importantly his ATTITUDE" are what I as a customer was impressed with. This employee should be recognized by his management staff and peers for the outstanding job he performed while at my residence. Great Job!
My dining room carpet has bunched up in areas where spots were cleaned. The end of day two of letting it dry and it still looks bad and may have to replace carpet. Living room where a big spot was cleaned was excellent so would only recommend your service with someone having the same experience I have had.

My experience with Zerorez was beyond below standard.
Here is what happened.
I called and spoke to Austin to set up the appointment. He told me my appointment window would be Friday, May 22 between 1:30 and 6. Someone would call on Wednesday to confirm the appointment. And someone would call the day of about 30 minutes ahead to let me know when they would arrive. The estimate he gave me was $140 based on 3 rooms at $33 plus one free room and a fee for the hallway. He said the technician would walk through and give me an actual estimate once he had seen the area to be treated.
On Wednesday, I received a call from a woman who confirmed the appointment and said the window would be 1:00-4:00. She said I would be the 3rd stop.
On Friday at 4:00, I had not heard from anyone. I called and spoke to Austin and told him what the woman had told me. He said she was not correct and they were still training her. My window was still until 6:00pm. I asked him if he could give me an update. He said they were at their 3rd stop and I would be next. I stated the woman had told me I would be 3rd. He again reiterated that she had not given me correct information. I asked if someone would contact me before they came to let me know when to expect them.
At about 5:30 the technician arrived. I mentioned I thought someone was going to let me know he was on his way. He said “they’ve been doing that all day.” Implying that none of his appointments had been contacted that day.
He walked around the house with me. I mentioned there were a few pet areas. He said they could do a pet treatment. After he explained it, I said I didn’t think it was necessary. He said the estimate would be $120. I said “ $120 for everything” He said yes. Since the original estimate was $140 and he said $120-I understood the estimate for the total service was $120. I again said. You are confirming $120 for everything. He said “yes”.
He asked for an outside hook up to water. I was surprised that this was not mentioned when the appointment was made. In fact, he stated he was not able to do an earlier service because he could not get access to an outside faucet.
When he was done, he said the total was $270 or $290. I was so shocked. I said “that is not what you told me. You told me $120. He said-oh that was just for the pet treatment. I explained that he had not made that clear. That he had never confirmed a price for the basic treatment or made it clear the $120 was for an additional service for a pet treatment. His response was “my bad”. He then said he would give me a 10% discount and email a receipt. He never went over the list of items and fees. He just said he would email it. I was furious.
When I received the itemized bill, I was further enraged to find I had been overcharged and that there were other fees never explained or mentioned. I find this to be the most unethical way to do business.
Now…on top of all the above..the carpets look horrendous. They do not look better at all. Now that they are dry…we went back and treated two spots with oxyclean and the stains went away. So there was no improvement with your service.
This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I would like to be reimbursed in full for this terrible service.
