My carpet feels brand new! However, they were two hours late on my scheduled date, with no phone call about the delay. When I called them for a status the customer service agent lied to me and said they were have truck problems and did not think it was any big deal that they were late and that no one had called to apologize for being late. When the technician arrived he said "oh no, they sent us to Plano for a job". I was very disappointed in how the matter was handled. Their customer service skills are lacking and the technician tried to double the cost of my cleaning with spot treatments. He also tried to tell me that their cleaning method would not remove the spots and that I needed the special spot treatments at $75.00 a spot! I was not very confident in your cleaning method at that point! My husband filed a complaint on line with your customer service department and no on every got back with him. This is terrible customer service!

The technician, Tyrone, that cleaned our carpet was very professional, did an outstanding job in leaving our carpet clean. The carpet was not soaking wet has in previous times, so it took less time to dry. Would have him come in clean my carpet next time.
The carpets look GREAT--every spot is gone. And my house smells like a new home again.
when I called I told the customer service person that I needed the carpet stretched in my master bedroom and the guy that came out apparently did not have the tool for it and it still has not been done also I was quoted $350 and it turned out to be 800 so that's quite a difference. there is also a place in my master bedroom where we had a dog crate and have moved it and it's dirty all along the edge of the carpet still.
The technician came more than an hour later after the window that was set had closed... We received one call saying the tech was 35 minutes away, and one hour later, we received another call saying the tech was 30 minutes away... We called customer service, and there was now valid excuse for the tech being late. The only thing we were offered was some carpet protection that was supposedly worth $90... And, the technician was not able to get all of the stains out of the carpet.

I love Zerorez Technology and service. My home smells so fresh when you leave and you do a wonderful job on tile floors!I had my couch cleaned for the first time and my technician did a very thorough job I looked great and it seemed very clean all the way through.
They are environment friendly, works well and the technicians are so informative, polite and professional.

Service tech was great. Communication was sketchy, no call to Nero the one to 6 p.m. window. I called and was told 4 to 6. At 6 o'clock I called and was told the rep was tied up previous job. He finally showed up about 7:45 p.m.
The end result was awesome! The only problem was that one stain came back and needs to be fixed. I'll be calling.

No chemicals used. I live with 5 sport dogs & that can be a challenge to keep clean & safe! Old spots were removed that were there from prior owners! Zerorez ROCKS!
