Efficient, effective,economical.
Be on time. It's very frustrating to have them show up 1.5 hours late without calling and notifying!
No harmful chemicals used.
After cleaning my carpets are noticeably harsher feeling and seem to be felted down. Not fluffy at all as they were prior to cleaning. Also some spots did not come out.

The technicians were professional and explained what they were doing and the options for additional services. My carpet looks great! One small problem for me was the bleach like smell the solution leaves behind. I have asthma and the day after they cleaned, I was bothered by this smell. It has been two days now and the smell is gone.

I love that zerorez uses no chemicals or soap to leave residue and toxins! It's truly amazing and I'll never have any other company clean my carpets and tile! I've used other soap based companies and find the dirt just comes back faster! It sticks to the soap residue. But zerorez creates ionically charged water that becomes a disinfectant. What a concept! Love them!!!!!!!

No phone call 24-48 hers ahead of time. Bleach smell after. Not as clean as we would have thought with a profession cleaning. But the employee was on time and very nice. He was a great representative for your company.
