Your service tech, Tyrone, did a great job...very personable. Give him a raise!
Service tech was great. Communication was sketchy, no call to Nero the one to 6 p.m. window. I called and was told 4 to 6. At 6 o'clock I called and was told the rep was tied up previous job. He finally showed up about 7:45 p.m.
The end result was awesome! The only problem was that one stain came back and needs to be fixed. I'll be calling.

No chemicals used. I live with 5 sport dogs & that can be a challenge to keep clean & safe! Old spots were removed that were there from prior owners! Zerorez ROCKS!

Our technician was supposed to come between 11:00am and 4:00pm. At 4:10pm no one was there yet so I called and Dispatch said he would be there in 10 minutes. At 5:10pm no one wast there yet so I called Dispatch again. They said he was on his way. He came around 5:20 pm but did not know what services I had requested, which was the Starling Stringer special. He looked surprised when he found out he had to clean the grout in our bathroom floor. He was a nice guy, but he looked exhausted when he got there. I thought the tile in the Master bath would have come out cleaner and I don't think he even tried to get the grout around the toilet.
It really gets deep into the carpet and get it clean. It leaves it smelling clean. And the services was very professional, and willing to be patient in order to make sure the customer is pleased.

Carpet dried quickly
You did much better than previous company that I used. That company covers all of DFW area.
The man who came out broke a tile in our bathroom. He didn't get the areas clean that we asked for. He tried to sell other services even though the radio ad I heard said you don't do that. I'm pretty much disillusioned with zerorez.

Carpets looked great
The Product is technical sound and efficient. The ph balance of the water raised to 12 is a eco-friendly way of cleaning. The process was effective. Also, the product allowed the drying time to be reduced compared to other services.
But what made the product top tier was the service provided by Chris. What an outstanding display of professionalism and his ability to explain how everything works. He is truly a subject matter expert while using this product. Chris was very polite and courteous. His can-do demeanor supported what ZEROREZ is all about. When I request service again, I want Chris to be my service technician.

When I called to make the appointment I told the lady exactly what I wanted. She quoted me prices and rates. It ended up being $100 + $60 for pet treatment in one room. When the tech came out he said it would be over $300. He said that the lady on the phone can't tell what the house looks like and he has to give the actual price. I have a very small house. It is only 2 bedrooms. What size house did the phone lady think I had? Anyway, I was able to talk him down to $200, because I only did the free tile cleaning. The $200 was for the exact services that the lady on the phone told me that I would get. It was still higher than expected. I am scared to call you out again, because even if I get a quote, the person who comes out will raise the rate.
