I was very pleased with the results of the recent cleaning. The taff were friendly and helpful.

prices are a little high

All natural. Technicians were very friendly and thorough.

The rep was over an hour past the 2.5 hour time slot allotted and your customer service center did not call to let me know until after the 2.5 hour time slot had elapsed.
The rep did not provide a profession quote. Took some 'measurements', went out to the van, came back with his notepad and gave me a price. Did not provide me with any photos of what could be done.
I received another quote from a very well known company and they were quoting less than $1.80 per sqft to clean and seal my floors. Your quote was over $4 per sqft.

Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

I gave you a small, circle rug to clean in the factory and was promised it would NOT take longer than 4 weeks to return. I specifically asked that question and said I needed it back by the 4 week mark. When the 4 week mark came, no one called. I didn't get around to calling until 5 weeks, at which time the manager at the DFW location told me my rug had been mis coded or something in the system and they didn't realize they still had my rug. So, you basically lost my rug. When I asked to have it delivered immediately, no one could get it to me until the following week, making it 6 weeks from the original date I gave it to you. I asked if I could be partially refunded to compensate for this and the answer was no. No one even apologized for the mistake or tardiness of my rug.

My rug finally was supposed to be delivered so I took off from work to be home and of course the delivery person never name. I had a 4 hour window and called at the end of that window. I was told the guy was running late and it would be another hour. Well, I had a doctor's appointment and couldn't wait around, so again, I couldn't get my rug. It's just unbelievable the lack of respect this company has for someone's time. The customer service is just terrible. The worst I received in many, many years. On top of all of that, your prices are ridiculously high! It cost more to get my rug cleaned than I originally paid for it.

I will NEVER use or recommend your services EVER again.

Oh, and when my rug finally was delivered (almost two months later!), it still had black spots on it.

Got a stain out of my carpet that i thought could not be done.

I listen to 98.7 KLUV and I was under the impression that most of the stains would be removed. While the carpet was still wet, it really looked like it was going to come clean. But once it dried, the stains are still there. I paid $60 just for the stairs and can still see stains. I would love it if a manager/supervisor could come and look at it and reassure me that that is the best that I can get for almost $150. I don't normally pay for carpet cleaning but I have horrible hands, arthritis and all that jazz. The gentleman that came out was very polite and I got the feeling that he knew what he was doing. My carpet just isn't like I had envisioned it would have been considering all your cool ads that running out there.

I really like the way my carpets feel and look after Zerorez comes to my house and cleans my 20+ year old carpets. And you really have some incredibly courteous and attentive employees.

Everything seems clean and fresh. Service personnel are friendly and professional.

Its seemed like a couple of areas were missed or gone over too lightly especially by my entry to the house. I felt like if it had been gone over once or twice more with the steamer that more dirt would have lifted. It was where the technician exited the house and was the last area touched I am not sure what is used in the steamer to life the stains but maybe it was low or not enough time or effort was given to that area and that was the area people see first when entering my house....so I was a little disappointed I was hoping for more especially in that area especially when I saw more stained areas in the house come clean

Customer Service is very friendly.

Aaron arrived on time. He gave me an honest assessment of the dirtiest places in the carpet. He worked what was quite nearly a miracle with two rooms that had been occupied by teenagers who never cleaned up a single spill in 7 years. The carpet was dry except in the 2 rooms that had to be more heavily cleaned in a few hours. There is not pefumy smell left behind. The original quote didn't change - no surprises. A wonderful experience.

The only complaint is that this time, there was a bleach smell that was not there from our last service. I really disliked the odor and wish that aspect had not changed.

I appreciated that the products are safe for my children and family. I also enjoyed the service of Austin who immediately introduced himself to me with a smile. As he serviced my house he patiently answered my numerous questions. I never felt rushed by him. He shared that company has Christian foundation and that the employees pray before they go out for job services. This is very admirable. I will use Zerorez again. I hope the company will continue to provide reasonable prices with outstanding employees who will not just provide satisfactory work but exemplary work.

No chemicals! The people who come out to clean are very knowledgeable about all the products and services. They always do a beautiful job. I had a stain on the carpet for over 6 months that I have repeatedly tried to get out, and he got it out!

I have to say I was very impressed with our technician. He was very knowledgable and very polite. Would definitely recommend.
