This time we were completely satified with the service Ricardo, the service tech., provided. He conducted himself as a professional and a gentleman and completed the work in a timely manner. I watched him as he went through from room to room, step by step, he explained what he was doing and what he recommneded and I found no falt. We are very complimentary of his work and, we are happy with the results.

I like that you don't add soap to the carpets. My home smelled fresh, not chemically. DeCarlos was very friendly and efficient.
I like that there is no residue, the dry time is within 6-8 hours, the carpets are sanitized and there is a fresh clean scent that is lasting more than a couple of days. Although my service cleaning window time was 11:30 - 1:30, the technicians arrived an hour early. I was not at home and they waited for me to return home. Dominique was very professional and walked me through the carpet cleaning process and the estimated cost of everything. He asked questions before doing any services to get my approval. Rory, the other technician, took extra care and time cleaning the carpets.
J L did a very good job on our carpets. They feel very clean and fresh. The pile was brought up making it feel thick and full again!

My carpet is not clean. There are spots that I saw before the technician left & asked him if they would be there when the carpet was dry - he said they would be gone

Your technician did not clean the areas he was asked to
The man talked too much and tried to sell me more than I wanted; more carpet to clean , a filter, more tile to clean. And the price I thought I would pay was a lot lower than what I actually paid. Also, the carpet and tile did not look that clean. It seems like he did a rush job on the tile. I am not a professional cleaner, but I get my floors cleaner than he did. Overall, would never use this company again. Also the gift card is to the restaurant is in a completely different city than I live in. And with a 2 year old daughter, I am going yo find it extremely difficult to use it.
I was pleased with the tech and the carpets got clean to my satisfaction, but I had to call back because I had racking marks even the next day after cleaning. I have always used Dalworth and never had marks like that before. I do feel my carpets got cleaner and I like the fact you are a green company but the marks have bothered me. You did send someone to do a thorough racking when I called and he assured me the marks would disappear with time. So far they look the same. I have tried vacuuming them away and that's not working yet. If these marks continue to show and I can't get rid of them easily I will probably hestitate to use you again.
Disappointed because of not cleaning carpet under dining room table and moving the dining room chairs.

It took a redo to get it done right. The second time around your tec was very
professional and did a great job. You need to train your people to do it right the
first time.
Clean on time and proffesional
my service person i believe his name was[aaron] took time to explain all of the posibility's for cleaning the dog urine from my carpets. aaron also did a test on 1-2 spots for me so [I] could decide how to proceed.I was also impressed with the corner guards placed so as to not have the hoses damage walls&corners. OH,by the way my carpets look great and smell great. THANKS ZEROREZ TEAM.
