Get's my carpet and tile really clean, and it stays that way longer. I've had other cleaning companies work on my carpets in the past. Nobody does it better than you guys. Amid was great! Very professional and helpful in explaining how the cleaning products worked, how my cleaning requests were being priced, just friendly and helpful as he could be!
We had several stains come back a day after the cleaning
Well the technician was great and the carpets look as expected. My disappointment comes from not receiving my Brazilian steakhouse gift card post cleaning. I have been checking my email. Additionally, you sent me an email on July 20th offering 20% off the service and 100 sq ft of tile for free and a Brazilian steakhouse gift card. I called and left a voicemail immediately after receiving the email bc we are moving and I would have loved to get that scheduled for the next house and here it is July 23rd and I haven't received a call. It is my biggest pet peeve when businesses do not check their vm's. I'm going to schedule with someone else. Thanks

State of the art cleaning with no chemicals
The edges of the grout close to the wall did not get clean and are very dark, it seems like it just wasn't scrubbed there due to the size of brush that was used and it's very noticeable. Some other areas just seem like they weren't scrubbed at all. I understand that some areas aren't going to get completely cleaned but it looks just like the areas near the walls that were obviously not scrubbed well.

I was happy with the service. Your employee was pleasant and competent. Scheduling was easy and the cleaner was on time. Our carpet is over 15 years old, so you can't expect miracles. Never less the carpet looked much better after the cleaning!

Our representative Tyrone was outstanding! While we have always had good customer service from Zerorez, he was the most courteous, professional, capable and supportive rep to date. He didn't miss a detail and was extremely skilled at communicating throughout the process. His trainee (sorry, I cannot recall her name) was also extremely service-oriented! Loved them both.

the tech was prompt, very polite and congenial, did a fabulous job on some stains I thought would not come out. Loved the fresh smell of my home when he was finished and how soft the carpets were. No stiffness, no chemical odor, etc. I will definitely utilize your services again.

Much to my surprise, I learned that Zerorez is not just about clean carpets. They have your health in mind. While the technician was at my house cleaning the carpets, he noticed something growing on a few of my air vents. He told me about the treatments Zerorez offered for this, so he treated my air ducts. After learning I suffer from a lung disease, he discussed the Clean Station with me which sterilizes up to 1200 sq ft of an area. I purchased this and keep it in my bedroom. My spouse says I my snoring has diminished. My bedroom seems cooler, too, maybe like less humidity in it, when I am running the machine. I am very happy with my experience at Zerorez
