The Zerorez technician who came to our house (Finley) was extremely thorough, friendly, and polite. He explained the process to us, did a great job cleaning our carpets, and made sure we were satisfied with the job before processing the payment. Our carpets look brand new. I would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them to others.
Fresh smell and feeling and no residue.
I like the end result, however, this time after drying my living room carpet did not come throughly clean. I got my $99 Dirt Devil carpet cleaner out and used it in the area that remained dirty and it removed the dirt. I paid $209 for the cleaning.

I don't know much about the products but I really liked the fact that my first email voicing my opinions/concerns about my first experience with you all was read and answered! The second time around was the charm! I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was here for less than 30 minutes and my carpet upstairs and on the stairs is looking mighty fine!! Thank you all for taking care of your customers!

The professionalism, courtesy and good job the techs did really impressed us. Robert was the technician and I can't remember the assistant but both were very impressive. Hats off to them.
After drying, the carpet was not as clean as I (am my wife) thought it should have been. I would appreciate you sending another technician out to retreat the areas that were attempted to be cleaned.

The service I signed up for was 4 rooms - carpet cleaning and 1 area of tile cleaned free. The tech did not do the tile on the first visit. He had to come back and do it a different day because that service was not performed at the time of the original visit. They should read what the order sheet says and complete the whole job. The customer placing the order may not be be one at the home on the day of the service call so the company should know what they are to do.
Great products and love the fact it will not make my dog sick. I have NEVER seen my carpet look so clean. The man that did my carpets (5408 Crater Lake Drive on Thursday, July 23) DID AND OUTSTANDING JOB. I hope you please take a moment to look him up and let him know he was FANTASTIC. Made sure we were really happy and stayed until it was perfect.

So far so good. The technician was both friendly and informative. We left on vacation shortly after the service, so I haven't checked for remaining spots thoroughly. The areas that were soiled the most looked good.
I will call when we return to check in regarding remaining spots. ( the technician said to do that)

You do a good job with the carpets. You are prompt and your technicians know what they are doing. I wish I could be offered some specials as a previous client without having to be the first 200 to respond to an email or something like that. I didn't get a special this last time because I didn't see the email for a discount until after my technician left. I ended up paying more than I should have. Wasn't happy about that.
