What do you like about our products and services?

Omid was wonderful. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and the process watching the dirt come out! My house smells clean. No odor at all. And the carpet is so soft!! Very well pleased!

Finley was amazing, very friendly and helpful. He explained every step and answered questions readily. We are very pleased with how nice the carpets look and feel underfoot. Props to Finley and Zerorez! We will definitely use again.

YOU USE SAFE PRODUCTS, WITH NO STRONG ODORS, YOUR SERVICE MAN WAS VERY POLITE AND ACCOMODATING. HE DID A GOOD JOB AND WAS CAREFUL, NOT TO DO ANY DAMAGE IN THE HOUSE.

I really like the machine that gets all the dirty pet hair and other grime out of the carpet before they clean it. Also I like the fact that there are very few chemicals used, leaving no after odor when cleaning is finished. Technician was very friendly also!

Customer service was great... Very nice technician... However, there were obvious dirt streaks in the carpet next to each cleaning pass that wasn't swiped over again to remove the streaks. Had heard about great results... we just weren't able to see them.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My hallway rug was misshaped from the spot cleaning that was done on it. While zerorez did come and take the rug to have it fixed, the rug looks like it was worked on. The ends look like they have been pulled. We had just bought this rug about 5 months ago, and it no longer looks brand new. So, I'm pretty disappointed about that. I'm going to have to save up the money and buy a new rug.

What do you like about our products and services?

The cleaning was done exceptionally well. Our technician Chris was very friendly and took time to explain the process along the way. The house smelled really clean and without chemical orders. The air quality improved as well, as our AC is not sucking up the dust from the carpets. I notice that the dust on the furniture is not accumulating as fast. Also when the carpets dried they felt softer. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.

I liked the treatment that will rid the carpet of the dog urine smell. We are still in process of flash flooding certain areas.
The 2 employees were exceptional and worked on my carpets for 6-7 hrs.

This was my second time to use Zerorez. The service was extremely prompt, courteous, and truly as advertised. My carpet representative, William, was extremely courteous, quick, and done an excellent job with my carpets. I am very happy! I would highly recommend Zerorez!!

Very friendly. I was really impressed with seeing a sample section an then being able to decide whether or not it was worth the time and money. Carpet looks new and tiles and grout look great. Thank you so much, well worth the time and money.
