Carpets look great. Less expensive than I expected. Dried very fast even on a cold day. Complete 5 rooms in about an hour.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was sold a $300.00 "7 year guaranteed" product upgrade. I was told this service was guaranteed for 7 years. When I requested documentation of the guarantee at the time of payment I was told there was not anything in writing available. The "Salesman/Technician" called his "sales manager" on speaker phone and the manager said that my receipt was all I got and that should be enough. Seems to me if I purchased a 7 year guaranteed product I should have something in writing to show what the guaranty should cover. The saleman told me that there was a 18 month guarantee product and a 7 year product. I chose and paid for the 7 year product I do not see anything on my receipt that indicates which product I purchase. I would not have purchased a "guaranteed" product if I knew I would not get any documentation detailing the guarantee. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told that a manager would send me an email about the guarantee to include with my receipt. I have not received a call nor an email as I was told. Furthermore after the "Salesman/Technician" left I realized that he did not even clean my master closet which should have been included since the bedrooms did not have much square footage cleaned due to large sized furniture. I feel like I was misled on the guarantee of this product and service.

My nasty eight-year-old carpet loosk fantastic! I will most certainly tell my friends about your quality and timely service. When I used Dal***** two years ago they couldn't get it nearly as clean!

Tech was nice, but seemed to be rushing the process. I was the last appt. of the day I believe & he just may have been tired. I do not know if I am correct or not.

Derrick was on time and ready to work. He explained the process and worked hard to remove the stains in our old carpet. We've tried many carpet cleaners and always went with the cheapest price. Not anymore. Zerorez was worth every penny.

When making appointment, they told me the stairs are clean by hand and that is why it is cost $60.. Well The tech cleaned it using machine and he did not clean the vertical part of each stair.

After carpet was dried, yellow spots were still same and look no different before cleaning.

I have used Zerorez for years. This was the worst experience I have had. The machine used to prespot didn't work which should have been checked out before ever leaving your company. I also had Therefore to get the stains out, my carpets were soaked. You left my house at 10:40 and the carpet was still wet when we went to bed. I will also tell you that when people recently asked our neighborhood for recommendations for carpet cleaning. At least three people stated not to use Zerorez because of bad experiences.

I was pleased with the cleaning but upset with the billing. In addition to the 3 rooms you also cleaned the hallway which is only 20 x 3. I was charged for the hallway, as well. Given that I had already moved out all furniture, ie. chairs, small tables, etc. I would have thought he could have just done the hall for $0.00. Additionally, I rec'd a rebate offer from you ($25.00 off). He wouldn't honor that as it was offered after my appointment had been scheduled. He said I could use it on the next visit. Given that the offer expires on 12/10/15, I don't see me having you back in here that soon, so the rebate offer is of no value to me.

First appointment window (which I took off work early) was from 4-6:30. Tech didn't call until 6:40 explaining he would arrive in 30 minutes. With two small children, that wasn't going to work so we rescheduled for the following day. The second tech was on time and very professional, but the results didn't fulfill expectations.
