Service was very good but my carpets aren't as clean as I wanted. The tile was clean but I was expecting the grout to be clean as well. The grout didn't even look touched.

Good product. Accommodating and caring carpet cleaners, being on time, efficiency and final result. Crew was able to remove stains which otherwise were hard and even impossible to remove. It was a positive experience.
The carpet and tile that were cleaned came out fantastic. However there was a communication breakdown between the very nice technician and myself. Since I received 100 sq.ft. of tile free with 4 rooms of carpet cleaning I asked him to give me a price on doing the rest of the tile before he began. I was in another part of the house and realized that he had flooded all of the tile with the pre-cleaner and was doing the laundry room tile already! I asked him to stop and tell me how much the additional tile would cost. When he calculated it our and told me it would be another roughly $268, I was not happy. My husband said that was just not what we had intended on spending today. The technician cleaned up the cleaner solution in the kitchen and proceeded to do a nice job in the rest of the house. The problem that we have now is a very heavy film on the floor that was pre-treated but not steamed. We have mopped it 3 times in the last 2 days and it still looks awful.It would be good to hear from a representative so that we can resolve this problem. We have used your company in the past and would like to use it again.

Justin, the technician, was very professional and efficient. Our carpet is old, and high traffic areas were very dingy. Justin worked hard throughout the two-hour service, which started about 5:30pm. After treatment, it looks a lot better -- not brand new looking in the most problematic areas, but much improved. Spots were removed, and the carpet feels clean. The tech's estimate of drying time was way off, however. He said the carpet should be dry in about 5 hours. We were very skeptical about that, and we were right. It took at least 24 hours. We had ceiling fans and portable fans going all night, and there were still damp areas the next day. Carpet is thick, so that's probably normal. Overall, we were pleased with the service and the pricing. Thanks!

Your technician Fred Vines and helper Joey were very helpful and efficient. Fred worked with me to get price down (wish it could have been less) but we had a lot of pet stains. He did a very good job!

Organized and prompt
I felt like the stains in my carpet would go away, but they have not. Listening to the commercials, I figured you guys had a better way of cleaning to remove all stains. I'm all for no chemicals. But, in my master bedroom, all stains have returned.
Great results, courteous & professional service
I love that our home smells clean after all carpets have been cleaned :-) This year, for the first time, we had the kitchen tile cleaned as well. We'll look forward to doing that again in the future as well!
The technician who came to the house was very professional. He knew his products and services very well, and explained everything that was to be done. He was very careful about not harming any wall surfaces or furniture. He gets an A+ from me.
The idea of a totally non-chemical approach is great, and it left the carpets looking really good.
