There was a scheduling delay of several hours that threw my whole day off since I had to get my carpets cleaned that day or I would have to wait until after the holidays.

The service was very professional. Upon informing Braxton of what it was we wished to have accomplished he clearly explained the process and the associated fees allowing us to make an informative decision. His professional demeanor and positive attitude warrant recognition as an "outstanding" agent of the ZeroRez organization. We will have him back again for future needs.

My technician was very polite, easy to work with and explained the process to me as he went along. He was very honest about cleaning my terazo tile and he gave me his advise on how to handle it. He even called into his "supervisor" to check into the best way to approach the tile. He was a joy to have in my home. You have an exceptional employee there.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Although the carpet looks really amazing, and it always does after Zerorez comes to the house, I was very disappointed with how costs were not discussed, other than in a general manner, and how payment was handled. I think it would be a good idea, when the tecnhician is talking to the client about treatments and number of rooms being done, along with special products being used or recommended, if the technician would give a somewhat definite figure of what to expect as the final amount being paid. In addition, there was an error made regarding payment on our bill -- my husband gave the technician $260 in case, and the balance of the $445 bill was to be put on our debit card. Instead, the entire $445 was put on our debit card, and while I realize that this was simply an error and that it is supposed to be corrected within 1-2 business days, it was still very aggravating to have had this happen, especially because my husband was on the phone with the office to make sure that it would be handled properly.

The young man who did the work was very nice and did a good job, but it is management and the people working in the office who did a bad job--I waited about 4 hours. All of the office got to go home and I was still waiting.

Fabian and Waverly were the best. Fabian was very professional in his demeanor and offered many educational tips! He knows his profession and was a delight to have.....I will request him for future cleanings. Waverly was in training, very professional, courtesy and respectful. He showed a true interest in learning his job and expectations. Both Fabian and Waverly showed respected between each other and really showed what "team work" is all about. Kuddo's to them BOTH!!!!

The service person was polite but 30 minutes late. The carpets were still damp in some spots after 24 hours. Had to point out some spots which came out after he went over them. There was no pretreatment of the area rug or anything else done to it other than vacuumed. Very disappointed that we paid $3 per square foot and there are still spots on it. He was not even going to clean under the rug. Not sure why we paid that much and will probably have to have the rug "professionally" cleaned. After hearing glowing testimonials on Zerorez I can't believe the results. Our rugs are less than 4 years old and were pre-treated at the mill, and we have no pets or children tracking in dirt so I did expect them to look much better.

What could we do to improve?

Get your scheduling together. We originally set an appointment for 10/14/15 then for some reason you could not locate the appointment & it was rescheduled for 10/13/15. The work was done on 10/13/15, then we got a call yesterday asking if you could move our appointment for 10/14/15 to an earlier time and I had to explain the job was already done on 10/13/15. (?)
