Rugs not clean feel like they just wanted to sell me fabricare for commission
After it drys the carpet goes back to same way it looks before you came not good it flat out seems like a scam Never ever use you guys and gals again horrible service you should be ashamed to run your business this way

The thoroughness of the cleaning and that chemicals aren't used.
This is a very difficult question to answer. The work was well done when completed. The technician was courteous and diligent. However, the breakdown of your equipment, namely the truck, caused significant hardship to me, the customer. Being close to the holidays, it was crucial that the work be completed as planned, on Tuesday afternoon. I realizes breakdowns happen unexpectedly, but your company should have a backup plan such as a spare truck whenever this happens. It was a very awkward situation.

I prefer zerorez over other cleaning companies. the technician moved an old radio I had on sliders that I asked to be moved. It had a candle arrangement on it. It fell on the ground, dented the candles and broke a votive holder. He walked past my built it desk and knocked off a metal Christmas sculpture and broke a piece off of it. He also knocked an ornament off of my Christmas tree.
The service and service man were great.
The only disappointment was how wet it was and how long it took to dry.
24 hours later it was stil damp. Other than that it was good.

Send more than one man out. I had to move most of my furniture myself. Maybe bring fans. 2 areas that were treated are still damp.
I love the fact that the "chemicals" used to treat my carpet are green and safe for the environment. Your cleaning process doesn't leave behind alot of soaps or chemical residue but my carpets and flooring is restored back to its original beauty.
Puddles of water left in numerous areas on our hard wood floors....has stained the floors in several spots.....soaked the area rug almost all the way through and it left 'marks/images' of water on the hard wood floor underneath.
The young man who came to our home was very courteous and professional. But, there is one area where I am not pleased. He steam cleaned the tile in our master bath and did not do a very thorough job. It is very apparent that he did not get close to the "edges." Can someone please give me a call about this? I would like to get that fixed before the holidays as we will a lot of company. I wasn't too impressed with the pet protection/cleaning. I paid extra for that in our master bedroom, but still could smell dogs from the previous owner as could our dogs.

I was told I did not meed to move the furniture when I made the appointment. When technician got there he asked if I was moving the furniture. I could not do that by myself so he cleaned around it. So parts of carpet were not cleaned.
My carpet was very dirty with many pet stains and I was hoping they could make it look a little better. To my surprise when they were finished, it looked like brand new. I was thrilled with the results, much better than I ever expected! The technition was very professional and did the job in less time than I expected. The drying time took less than when I have used other carpet cleaning companies. I have told many people about the quality experience I had with Zerorez and would use them again in a heartbeat.
