I did the pet treatment on the worse spots and was disappointed to see that it was not a guaranteed solution. I had two small rooms cleaned and paid $250. One would think that would be enough to clean those spots correctly. It is too confusing how much things cost etc. The general carpet cleaning was good.
It seems to work. The person who did the cleaning was very helpful

Last time, we used your service you had advertised an estillo gaucho coupon. it took 5 calls, and almost 6 months to get it.

I had our carpets cleaned about the 1st of May and the person doing it did an "outstanding" job of getting the pet stains cleaned and they didn't start showing again for 3 or 4 months!! We cannot afford to replace our carpet yet and have older dogs who are having some health and bladder issues. I use commercial spot cleaners in between using you but was very disappointed this time as I could still see some of the spots in the bedroom when I got home and since then they're already showing up more! I paid extra to have the pet stains cleaned and am not sure why the carpet doesn't look as good as last time...
The entrance to one of the bedrooms was not cleaned as well as it should have been.
Have service representative go over promotional offer with clients before leaving the house.

Professional and courteous staff
Your technician, Braxton Stewart, was outstanding. Knowledgeable, engaging, explained what he was doing and very personable.
My technician was very good with my carpet cleaning. Where I have an issue was the scheduling for the day. My appointment was between 11:00-1:00. At 12:45 I received a phone call that my tech. would be running late from the previous job and he would arrive by 2:00. Then after 2:00. I started calling the phone number for zerorez and no one would answer the phone FOR HOURS, I TRIED. Finally the tech arrived after 4:00 and was not able to finish until almost 6:30. Again, he did a wonderful job, but Zerorez did an awful job of letting me know how late schedule was for the day. If they would have just called me again. The biggest problem and I talked to the person taking my reservation was that I needed to do this around boarding my dogs for the day so they would not be in the house during the cleaning process. I ended up having to leave them 2.5 hours past there pickup time which is not acceptable.
The are treads marks still from where the cleaner went over an area that will not go away. It's been a month

Zerorez technicians bend over backwards to take care of us. They are thorough and never rush through appointments. They arrive on time and never try to hard sell us on extra services. They were here last week and when the carpets dried, there were a few spots that hadn't come out. I called (this is two days before Thanksgiving, mind you) to ask if they could swing by and take care of this and they will be here this afternoon. Spots are small but show on the very light carpet and I wanted the house to be perfect for the holiday. Zerorez to the rescue. Couldn't be happier.
