No chemicals
professionalism of the technicians. They are always respectful and polite. we have used your company for many years. our 20 year old carpet has seen many dog problems, red wine issues and just normal wear and tear. but with your product the stains come out easily. this time we had some delays in getting the carpet cleaned at the right time schedule, but your company made it work and even gave us a percentage off of our bill for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Well I was disappointed that you could not get the carpet cleaner especially the high traffic area.
My tech, Tyrone, was knowledgeable. The only suggestion I would make is that he should do the spot tile cleaning in a discrete area like the laundry room or bathroom stall as opposed to the hallway because it looks very tacky and FORCES me to make an appointment to have that area cleaned and cost me more money than I was intending right now :-(
The fact that zero chemicals are used, pet and child safe, and that there's less chance of the padding getting wet and developing mold.
Price, on time for appointment, and carpets look great!
We liked that you don't use harsh chemicals because our kids are young and are constantly playing on the carpet. I like the attention to detail and the hard work that was provided by Dustin, your employee. Dustin was excellent and very good at removing the tough stains.

The customer service was exceptional. Making the appointment was simple. It was a positive experience from the time I made the appointment to the time the technician completed the cleaning.

Our service person,Robert Sennett, was very friendly, informative and efficient. He was patient in explaining all of our options and allowed me to choose what I felt were the options I thought would best serve me at this time, with no hard sell tactics to follow from him. Much appreciated! I also like the fact that there are no chemicals involved and still did an excellent job of cleaning or carpet. We will definitely call you again for future needs.
Impressive work and wonderful service
The way my carpet looks afterwards and the knowledge that the customer service rep had. I move my appointment from my original date to the next day and the customer rep at the Zerorez handled it beautify.

We love that you don't use harsh chemicals and the service you provide. Dustin, Zerorez rep, was excellent. He worked very hard on all out tough stains and really showed his expertise in getting out the stains.

I was informed of a 2 hour window several days prior and of when the technician was on the way.
He was Informative and answered all my questions.
He worked hard on the carpet and tile and it looks great!

We like the "no leftover soap" idea, we feel the carpet is cleaner, longer.
I like the non-toxic water-based cleaning and leave no residue and no sticky feel afterward.. The service was very professional. Arrived on time, courtesy call and all. And most importantly, the job was done well and completed on time.
