Smell didn't get out of the only room that needed attention to begin with.
Technician was very good at explaining everything
Clean carpets without using soaps or detergents.
There are actually three spots on the carpet that are pretty noticeable and I believe could have been removed. One is a wine stain. The last time a technician came out, he easily was able to remove the stain. I really do not want the whole carpet cleaned over again for three spots. I have taken photographs and would be glad to send them to you.
The technician was very professional. I especially appreciated that. Not like the one I had a couple of years ago who asked for a tip.
No residue. Service man worked very hard to get my grout as clean as possible.

Driver showed up about 45 minutes after the window we were given. We got the 30 min before call but having dispatch call us and let us know they were running late would have been helpful. Driver was great when he got there. Professional and very helpful.

Employees and equipment top notch
The technician was excellent. The customer service people at the call center were not as professional as they could be. One time when I called in the agent was laughing and I had to wait until she finished talking with her co-worker before she could help me. I was called 15 minutes before the end of my reservation period and told the technician was not finished with the previous job and it would take and hour before he was done. They should have called much much sooner. Also, there was old information in my file. Even though it had been 4 years since I had been a customer no one asked me whether the information on file was correct.

Seeing the chemicals from the previous carpet cleaners coming thorough the clear part of the suction hose. The demonstration of the pet removal process.
However, the misleading advertisement and technician statement about limited water usuage and short drying time due to use of limited of limited water.FALSE, IT TOOK ALMOST 12 HOURS FOR THE CARPET TO DRY AND THAT IS WITH A COMMERCIAL AIRMOVER GOING THE ENTIRE TIME IN EACH ROOM. THAT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND MADE ME QUESTION EVERTHING ELSE THAT WAS SAID.

I love that it removes spots very well and there is no chemical smells. Carpet is left soft and service person is always friendly and informative.
Able to get rust, ink and pet stains out of rugs. Carpets now soft and revived. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I am now a raving fan of zerorez as they say on the radio.

First of all, our cleaning technician, Shane. He was very knowledgable about the process and products and shared a lot of information with us. He was on time, efficient and thorough. I would give him a 10++++. We also really liked that the cleaning process was natural without soaps or residues.
Improve notifications on when crew will arrive
Your employee. He was so nice and try hard to please me! Never said "that is not my job" when I asked him about moving something. Thanks Tristan for being so polite!
The carpet was left extremely wet and humid. Didn't dry for a day and a half and smelled of mildew as it dried. I tried airing out the room and leaving bedroom doors open, but it didn't help, just caused the whole house to smell. Corners in closet don't even look like they were touched. And I paid extra for the protector, but had no effect the minute my husband walked it to my room it left a stain on the carpet due to some kind of adverse reaction to his leather shoes. I spent 40 minutes with carpet cleaner and a sponge scrubbing it out. Technician was in and out in about 30-45 minutes, just didn't feel worth the $140.
