We were first time customers. I found your technician Dustin W. to be extremely polite and efficient. He went out of his way to be careful with my furniture items and was very detail oriented. Dustin did a wonderful job for us in a short amount of time. We have animals and our carpet is not new but it looked better than I expected after our cleaning! I think I can live with it for a while longer and I definitely will have Zerorez in for additional cleanings in the future. It is nice to do business with a service company that values the Customer. stains are still on carpet
I had to make two appointments. The first appointment the technicians were over an hour late and when they arrived they didn't have the right equipment to clean my carpet. I got the feeling they just wanted to go home since it as late in the day, after 6pm.

Pet stain in living room was not removed. Stain still appears yellow. Last zerorez team was able to remove much worse pet stains. The carpet is still wet in areas. Carpet was cleaned yesterday at 9:00 am. It is now 6:00 pm the next day. Another surface stain in the master bedroom remains. I don't feel like this is the same company we hired last time. The quality is not up to par to charge $361. I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone.
