called day before to confirm appointment, called 30 minutes before arriving, technician was very polite, professional, and my carpets looked great.....was totally please with Zerorez again!!!!
I have used Zerorez at least 5 times and for the most part have been very happy. I did have an unfortunate situation happen this time. I was duplicate billed and simply wanted to get it corrected. One billing amount was correct and the other did not reduce my invoice with this very survey I am filling out now from a previous appointment. It was disappointing that the customer service gal didn't simply fix the error and move on, even after I told Brianna I was at work and did not want to argue. I requested to speak to a manager and she told me that Boa Hopkin would probably not call me.
So no one informed us prior that it would take 24 hours to fully dry which we did not put anything back on the carpet until then and the carpet smells like mildew water scent now.

Our Berber carpet was installed in 1999 and Zerorez can still get it looking brand new every time. We have a very old cat named precious and she is going through a kidney issue and she continues to throw up daily. Again Zerorez guy this Saturday came through for us on all the spots. It just amazes us and we are so grateful, we want to purchase new carpet but not until Precious has passed. Zerorez allows us to keep it and continure getting it cleaned about every 3 to 4 months. Thank you Thank you Thank you Jody Dean and the Morning Team for telling about it so many years ago. We will never use anyone else again.

I was promised a restaurant gift card that I never received. The technician wore shoes inside the house. The carpets took longer to dry as @ 10 pm we still had wet master room carpet.
I cant tell that they were even cleaned. I didn't see that they vacuumed before they started treating the carpets. I was told that yall would be there by 3:00 but you actually didn't arrive until after 6:00. It was a Friday night and I think the person cleaning the carpet was in rush to get out. I am not pleased at all with the service and frankly really upset. I heard really good things about Zerorez but I am not satisfied with the service I received at all.
Chris the technician that came to do clean the carpet on Friday was very pleasant and did a fantastic job we were well pleased I want him for my next cleaning
Your rug cleaning is outstanding and the best I have used.
My ceramic tile would have been better left as it was for now some of the grout is light and some is dark. I'm very disappointed. I paid extra to have this done. Last time, the free 100 ft the guy did was excellent. That's why I went ahead and did more this time. I am so mad. I'm putting my house on the market Wednesday. I could have achieved this result.
And, the carpet upstairs has several visible brown spots! He mentioned the spot where the pool cue chalk got on the floor that wouldn't come out and one spot in another room, up against the wall where paint is, BUT he did not mention all the brown spots! Again, I could have gotten this using Resolve on my own. I DO NOT want this guy back to repair. I put a call in stating all this. Very, very disappointed.

Did a great job getting my very dirty couch and 2 chairs clean. The technician was very conscientious about getting the furniture as clean as he possibly could.
