I was disappointed that a couple stains could not be removed....and they were recent( had not been there for long)

I like that they don't contain chemicals unless you require/request special services. I was able to schedule a time with only 2 days lead time. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the solutions to specific problems (e.g. pet odors).

Biat & Switch - I don't like that. When I first called I made 2 appointments and a 20% discount was applied due to a "special"; 1 for air filter/ducts cleaning and 1 for carpet cleaning. After the air filter appointment I was sent a survey and received a $25 off coupon for my next service. When I had my next service on 5/6, I was told I could not use the coupon and the 20% off. Why would they have sent it to me in the first place? I don't find that to be customer friendly or honest.

You sent a guy to my home who did not have a clue what he was doing. I have used Zerorez for 10 or 15 years in different places I have lived and in places I have worked. I have always had a great job. First, your guy came in trying to sell me stuff I don't need. He told me there is animal urine in my carpeting and pad. In the 8 years I have been in this house, there has never been an animal. The people who lived here before me did have a cat, but Zerorez has cleaned my carpets and floors at least 3 times since I have lived here. If there had been an issue, I do believe someone would have mentioned it to me in these cleanings. He told me there might be an odor and I even had to sign a waiver since I wouldn't let him use his $75/gallon stuff on my carpets. He was right. There is an odor, both in the carpets and the furniture he cleaned. Never had that happen before.
I have recommended you to many people but I have just "unrecommended" you to a friend who called to ask me who to use to get her carpets cleaned.

To say that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I have trusted you all of these years but I cannot any longer.

Your guy cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and a small hallway. I have 2 other rooms of carpet that I didn't have cleaned and, quite frankly, I can't tell the difference in the rooms that he cleaned and the rooms he did not clean.

I have waited this long to give feedback to give me time to properly and completely assess the situation. I normally do not complain about anything, but I do think this warrants it. If I had not used Zerorez so many times before, I would just think I got a bum job and move along. But I have and I know the great job you do, so I feel justified in writing this.

That your carpet cleaning process does not use chemicals. However, you are able to treat pet stains aggressively when needed.

One of the technicians took a big chunk of paint off of my newly painted (yes, within 2 weeks) walls. Also, they were unable to clean my tile/grout because of a problem with my grout, and while I appreciate the honesty, having this "special" included was part of the reason I called and nothing was done to offer me any other "special" instead.

Your technician was very professional, courteous and well mannered. I think his name was Triston. He rated A+ in my opinion. Next time I need cleaning, I hope he will be the one to answer my call....

I was impressed with the level of service I received from the technicians first and foremost. Aaron, (may not be correct spelling) arrived promptly and explained the process and pricing immediately. Besides his professionalism, he was affable and respectful of my property. He assured me that after he was finished "it would be like walking on feathers", and he was right. Excellent PR front man for Zerorez.
Keith also arrived on time and exhibited the same type of professionalism and work ethic. It seemed important to him, as it did Aaron, that I was pleased with the results.
Oh yes, I've already recommended your business to several friends. Keep up the good work and deliver consistent stellar service and Zerorez will become a household work.

Chemicals limited to the "pre-treat" liquid, carpet and tile condition much improved as a result of the work, and I didn't have to do the work!

Jay did an awesome job with the cleaning inside. My only complaint is that the hose leading from the truck up to the house burnt my lawn, which is fairly new sod. I've never had that happen before.
