Just not as clean as I hoped

I really like the pre treatment with the machine. Which I was told that you no longer use. To me you have become a normal carpet cleaner.

I liked the guy who did the work as he was very thorough however after the carpets dried 12 hours later, the carpet color seems dingy

You do not set the right expectations. I thought I had enough to have three rooms done. Since my oldest dog suffers from incontinence, I was told the flash treatment was 75.00 per room. The tech gets out here and my 200 dollar quote turns into 550 dollars. I would have budgeted for one room at a time. This is the second time you guys have done this. I like the product, so next time, I'll be able to tell the customer service exactly what I want since I know the in's/out's of the business now. It is sad that you guys allow your customers to believe one thing, then have the tech come out and try to tell you that it won't work unless you spend double the money. It makes me so mad that while typing, I might look for another company.

Arrived in timely manner, explained what process would be, cleaned the areas, no offensive odor. Left estimate for cleaning possibly in future.

If I had read the reviews about Zerorez I would not have had you do the job. I only read them after the job was done. The tech Edwin was certainly a "10". He worked hard and was a very pleasant person. I like how my carpets turned out but I will wait to see if the stains return as so many other people reported. I don't like to do business with companies that offer incentives and don't deliver on them. I was not expecting anything, so was not disappointed. Your company needs to up its game and increase customer satisfaction--your reviews were horrible.

We had air duct and carpet cleaning done, and both of the representatives knew what they were doing and did it very competently and knowledgeably. We have used ZeroRez several times and would not even think of using anyone else.

I love that you use no chemicals in your process. Before I used Zerorez I would have carpet cleaning that left a sticky residue that made it dirtier than ever within just a short time.
