They work
Our technician was very professional and did a great job cleaning our carpet thoroughly and quickly.
Stain still there. I used my Rug Doctor spot cleaner afterwards and it got out the stain.
The carpets came out great; but I like the associate who did our carpet the best. He was very conscious!
Fresh smell and not over powering scent is one of the things that I like. Our serviceman did such a great job and never rushed, even though we were his last appointment of the day. Very kind and considerate man. We needed to move a bed on another wall and he helped with that. We were very thankful.
At the time of my treatment, I was encouraged and did purchase an add-on pet treatment for a wool area rug as well as spot treatment for room carpeting.
Upon complete drying of my rugs, I noticed that the pet stains were not removed (as inspected by black light). I did not closely watch the workers at the house because I was keeping my toddler entertained to keep her out of their way so at this point I'm unsure if the add-on treatment was even applied. I know that my dog has not had any incidents since the treatment because 1. We have kept him crated at night and while alone in the house and 2.) the soiled areas are exactly the same as before the treatment.
Overall I was happy with the service until I realized that the soiled areas do not look like any additional treatment were applied. I recognize that the treatment I purchased wasn't the "top line" fix but I would have expected some level off difference. This also makes me call into question how well the zerorez cleaning, really cleaned and disinfected my carpets. I've seen better results with respect to pet stains from rental unit carpet cleaners.

Great service from your technician
Quick drying. Techs are always courteous and professional. Decent rates with the exception of stairs. That's a plain rip off. $33 a room and $60 for the stairs?? Come on.

Areas of our tile needs to be gone over. Discussed this with a supervisor last week and was suppose to be contacted to set up an appt.
I had the nicest young associate to work with. He walked me through the house to check for spots that he might have missed after cleaning and I gave him the OK. Unfortunately, spots come back when the carpet dries.

The method you use to clean carpet without using soap and water. Your available schedule time. Demonstrations I saw on Channel 8 made me a believer.
The men who cleaned the carpet were very thorough. Even though our carpet is over 10 years old it looked great when they finished.

Well I have called 2 times to pay my invoice but the first time I was put on hold for 20 plus minutes so I hung up. The second time I finally got a hold of someone but at first he couldn't find my account and then had to transfer me to someone that could take my payment and I was put on hold again for longer than 10 minutes so I hung up again. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone that can actually assist you.
