My carpets are clean and you go a great job.
The price to clean tile is too high. I had the "$33/room special and 100 sq ft of tile free" deal. But the tech said the tile in my kitchen was something like 176 sq ft. So I asked what the extra 76 sq ft would cost to clean? It was $99! That's almost double what I was paying for the 4 rooms of carpet upstairs, for that small area (around my table)
The gentleman who cleaned our house did an immpeccable job-I was very please with both his work and customer service. He was thorough and friendly.
Darwin came out on Saturday and he did an excellent job. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Zerorez and Darwin did the best job by far. Attention to detail especially

The gentleman that showed up was very polite and courteous. Even though it hadn't been cleaned in over 5 years (we've been there 5 years), he didn't make a big deal of that.

Scheduling. I never received a call to set up my time window until they were on their way and showed up in 30 minutes. I had to leave work and miss half a day not knowing they were coming.
The men who came to clean my carpets were absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and kind. My carpets in the bedrooms did not look that much different than before they were cleaned. I used my Bissel carpet shampooer to go back over the carpets and was disgusted in how dirty they actually were. My Bissel worked better than your procedure. The price was way too much as well; much more than what was quoted on the phone.
No smell, animal and kid friendly and fast service. I always love the way the carpet looks after being cleaned.
I am not one that keeps up with my carpet cleaning so I could not even tell the rep the the last company I used. In addition to that the carpet honestly needs to be replaced. My carpet looked so good I am proud to have company over now and I am confident that it is safe for my nephews to play on. Even the areas that zerorez could not really clean 2 years ago came clean.
The cleaning is adequate, service is reasonably competent and prompt. Where you stood out in the most recent service was:
1. The flexibility of rescheduling; and
2. The interaction with the the field tech compared to previous techs ...
a. He didn't complain about room sizes, or act like a martyr regarding stains, and
b. He made a couple mild up sell suggestions without sounding like a used car salesman, and
c. He was fast and efficient and still very accommodating to all the remodeling going on.

The cleaning. Beautiful cleaning I can't get over the tile. I will do this every four months
I have used zerorez several times and I am always pleased. This time I had an area rug cleaned in place and this was an affordable option I had not known about before. (Its a nice wool rug but not heirloom quality) We are in a rental house with carpet that had been neglected but it is way nicer now and it didn't cost too much to clean.
