Be honest about the amount of time it takes the carpet to dry, I was told 4 hours, but it was really at least 12 until the carpet was mostly dry.

The cleaning process doesn't involve chemicals, so it didn't leave an overwhelming smell and hopefully will keep the carpet from soiling as quickly.

Rug Cleaner was fast, efficient and did a good job.
Also, did not pressure me to buy other Products or Services like many of your Employees have done in the past.
The cleaner was not near as helpful or cooperative as the first visit. When questioned about a small area of carpet we had to pay extra for, but not the first time, his reply was that we were treated better because it was our first visit. He didn't do the tile steaming that was supposed to be included. He did one closet in our kids bedroom, but not the other. And the first guy put our couch on blocks to do underneath it. This guy didn't offer any cooperation with that.

We are very pleased with the quality of work in cleaning our carpet. Although we did call them back to redo a couple of spots, the technician was extremely courteous.
