I like the fact that your cleaning process does not add or leave harsh cleaning chemicals in my carpet.

The guy that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable, the carpet looked really good wet so he offered the 2yr stain plan for $90.00. Well after the carpet dried all the stains and track marks came back. When I called the office requesting a refund for the 2yr stain plan since I will have to replace the carpet, they were unwilling to give me my money back all they wanted to do was offer coming back out which would do not good since after it dries again it will look the same. That is not good customer service. I will not recommend Zerorez and will steer people away from your company due to bad customer service.

I am upset about the false advertising. I was told I would receive a $50 gift card to a 'Brazilian restaurant' when I placed my order in early August. Then I called the customer service number a month later in the first week of September and was told the card comes in the mail 'about 2-3 weeks later.' If you stand behind your radio advertising campaign, the service technician should simply hand this card when the job is finished. Really BOGUS.

I thought the charge to clean an 8x10 piece of carpet that we had cut & bound to serve as an area rug was too high.

Very helpful, only thing I didn't like he fidnt know how to get the deep or hard spots out, other than that he did a great job

The technician was polite. He took the time to make sure he understood exactly what he was going to do. From there, he told me how he was going to do it and how much it would cost. The cleaning turned out great and I am so glad that the first technician told me about the tile cleaning. My tile looks fantastic!

Make sure the technicians take their time to catch ALL surfaces. My wife had to point out a couple areas that had been missed

Zerorez is EXPENSIVE. The gentleman did an outstanding job and the carpets look great but the cleaning is very expensive

I wasn't disappointed really but feel that my carpets look the same and it was more expensive than other companies. The rug cleaning prices are more than double Dalworth. I feel like the hype about your water doesn't really clean any better than normal carpet cleaners.

I paid for the flash service to get rid of pet odor in my daughters room. The pet odor is still there. I waited to make sure that the carpet was completely dry but it is still strong enough that the odor hits you when you walk in the room.

I like the way you know what you are talking about in regards to cleaning. My furniture looks great and we added on a rug cleaning and that went really well too.

Great service! Josh did a great job.

David did an exceptional job. He was on time, friendly, courteous, and listened to our needs and preferences. He had great suggestions and gave us clear and constructive options. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.
My only constructive insight is for the lady who called to tell us our time window. Realize that we are in the middle of doing something else. Say hello and give people a minute to get on your page. She was very clear, but brutally short. And she called on the house phone when I specified to use my cell number, so I was startled to get that call on that line.
Once again, David did an outstanding job.

You make things clean

I responded to the invoice email. However, the technician was very impersonal, did not clean the 100 sf of tile as promised and did not give me the gift card as promised by the sales person when cleaning was offered.
