The process you use is the best we have seen. Carpets completely dry in a few hours and absolutely no odor. Carpets feel clean as you walk on them. And . . .the young man, Dave Thomas, who performed the cleaning went far and beyond to be sure he gave me the very best service. He was friendly, professional and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving our house.

I really like the new brushing machine that pulls up all the hidden dog hair in my carpets. Just amazing what's been lurking in there. Yuk!
