First of all I'd like to say Chris was amazing. Came in did a very professional job was on time! Did not try and upsell us.we noticed a few issues had returned after the carpet cleaning Zerorez came back and cleaned not only the stained areas but the whole rooms and did a portion of our tile. For customer service definitely a five star organization!

It is excellent customer service. Communication from company is outstanding. Arrival time was perfect. Technician was very friendly and informative.
At this time I do have one observation and perhaps request. About 5' inside my master bedroom door, there is a spot about 2' long and 1' wide. The fan was utilized for about 5 hours to dry it. I vacuumed it about five times from every direction and the spot remains. There was no spot there prior to the cleaning.

I like the way my carpet looks and the fact that I have no chemical smell. Also drying time is good. The technician was friendly and informative and worked on the problem areas I cited.

I liked the individual who came to our home and did a really good job.
The guys who came to my house were great. They were friendly and professional. BUT, I didn't get the promotional steak dinners that were advertised From the Brazilian steakhouse...sad about that!!!
Our carpet looked amazing after it was cleaned. Joshua was our technician and he did a great job. He was friendly and professional. He made sure to address my concerns and explained everything clearly. Our carpet had not been professionally cleaned for over 2 years, and yet he was able to get all of the stains out. The carpet was barely damp when it was finished. I am very happy with the results and have already recommended Zerorez to family and friends.
